There are several very good NFL Odds coming up this Sunday, and I have identified three of my favorite plays heading into this week.

Saints vs. Browns
Last week the Saints should have beaten the Falcons, and now they have another road game in Week 2, against a team that looks like it will be undervalued some this season. The NFL Odds have the Browns as +6 ½ underdogs at home, despite the fact that the Saints have been horrendous on the road. Cleveland lost Ben Tate to a knee sprain in Week 1, but the Browns are very capable with their rookie running back tandem. They are going to run the ball right at the Saints to try and keep Drew Brees off the field, and I think they can cover the six points. The Saints are only 7-15 ATS as road favorites since the 2010 season, while the Browns are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games as home underdogs.

NFL Pick: Browns +6 ½

Titans vs. Cowboys
One of the first games on Sunday will be the Cowboys trying to get a win on the road in Tennessee. The Titans dominated the Chiefs last week and now the NFL Odds have them as -3 favorites against the Cowboys. While the public loves them some Cowboys this week, the better play is on the total of 49 ½. While it may seem large, the Titans’ offense should have little trouble scoring on the Cowboys. Vice versa, Tony Romo will probably have a big bounce back game, and the running game for the Boys will continue to impress. I see a higher scoring game in this one. The over is 7-3-1 in the Titans’ last 11 games on grass, and the over’s 5-2 in the Titans last seven games following an ATS win. For the Cowboys, the over is 4-0 in their last four games as a road dog.

NFL Pick: Over 49 at 5Dimes

Cardinals vs. Giants
This game has seen more NFL Odds line movement than any other game this week, as the odds opened as a pick em, and have now moved to favor the Cardinals on the road at -2 1/2. The Giants didn’t impress anyone against the Lions this past Monday night, but now on a short week, they have a chance to at least somewhat redeem themselves. They still have offensive line issues, as well as pass rushing issues on their defense, but their secondary is good enough to slow down the potent Cardinals’ pass attack. On the other side, the Giants also have a good pass defense despite what Calvin Johnson did to them this past week. Megatron does that to everyone, and I think the Giants will be motivated by that to improve their secondary play this week. With the likelihood that both teams play better defense this week, the total is more of an intriguing wager. At 42 ½, the under looks like the most valuable play in this game. When making your NFL picks note that the under is 4-0 for the Giants following at ATS loss, and for the Cards, the under is 6-1 in their last seven games as road favorites of -1/2 to -3.

NFL Pick: UNDER 42 ½
