Week 3 offers so many great value possibilities in the card, but our handicapper has selected the top three NFL Picks that must be on every sharp bettor's ticket. Read the article to get them!

Raiders (-1) vs Titans
The Titans are 1-8 at home under head coach Mike Mularkey, losing by an average of 9.8 points per game. Quarterback Marcus Mariota missed two of these contests due to injury. Tennessee scored 6 and 7 points in those respectively.

It’s the defense, however, holding the team back. The unit allows 27.3 points per game in Nashville. It’s particularly leaky against pass-heavy teams like the Raiders, yielding 30.0 points against opponents averaging 32 passing attempts or more per game. The Raiders ranked 13th in the NFL last season, tossing 37.9 and enter this matchup slinging 41.5 to begin 2016. It’s going to be tough for the Titans to handle Oakland downfield, and they don’t have the firepower to catch up late in the game if they slip behind. You can still pick up Oakland at plus money (+105) over at 5Dimes to win straight up. Open that extra account to take advantage of the great odds.

Redskins vs Giants (-3.5)
Quarterback Eli Manning owns an 8.33 yards per passing attempt rate through the first two games, fifth best in the NFL. Expect him to lead a revitalized New York offense to 30-plus points against a Redskins team allowing 28.1 points per game in road contests under head Jay Gruden.

The key to the total will likely fall on the Redskins' offense, which is moving the ball well despite averaging just 19.5 points through the first two games. It’s 408 total yards per contest ranks sixth in the league. Red zone efficiency is the problem, scoring a TD in just 30 percent of possession in the danger area. Expect the unit to figure it out at some point. The run may be stuffed on both ends in this one, forcing both to go to the air early and often.

Falcons at Saints (-3)
Drew Brees is 6-2 SU against Matt Ryan in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome (11-5 SU overall). Atlanta entered this matchup undefeated last season (5-0), losing 31-21 as 3-point chalk. It was the last time the leaky Saints defense gave up less than 27 points at home.

Former coordinator Rob Ryan left the Saints defense a mess, but the unit put in a surprisingly good performance in last weekend’s 16-13 loss to the Giants. It held New York to its lowest rushing total (64 yards) at MetLife Stadium in nearly two years. The secondary is inexperienced and will get a heavy dose of wide receiver Julio Jones, which might be what the Saints desire.

Luring any team into a passing war with the Saints is dangerous. Brees averages 310.9 passing yards against Atlanta since Ryan entered the league in 2008. Since 2012, the Falcons are 0-5 SU when allowing more than 300 yards passing on the road.
