Week 3 Of NFL action brings a lot of interesting matchups all over the card, but we have selected the top two plays that you must add to your betting ticket. Read on to get the full scoop!

Chicago Bears vs Dallas Cowboys

Brian Hoyer Get's the Start
I covered the total on this game earlier in the week and the Chicago Bears are such a lousy football squad, it really doesn't matter who is the quarterback of this team, but Brian Hoyer could at least keep this game competitive if he play's his best. Jay Cutler, who in my opinion, is the worst and most overpayed quarterback in all of football is out for this game and in some Chicago Bears fans and bettor's eyes, this is a blessing.

Brian Hoyer will get the start and Hoyer is a respectable backup as he had 19 TD and 7 INT to go along with 2606 yards paasing in 11 games for the Houston Texans last season. Last week, in a 29-14 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, Hoyer filled in admirably for the injured Jay Cutler as he completed 9 of 12 passes for 78 yards. I actually think that this is an improvement at the quarterback position for the Bears (0-2).

Alshon Jeffery is expected to play tonight as he lead's the Bears in receiving and is the best player on this squad. That said, Jeffery might not be at 100% as he's suffering from a knee injury. Thankfully for the Bears. Eddie Royal has been a good number rwo receiver on this depleted team as he has 8 catches for 109 yards and 1 TD. Royal actually has the only receiving TD for the Bears this season.

Rookies Are Doing the Job
Rookie quarterback, Dak Prescott, has done such a good job, the Cowboys (1-1) might not be so eager for Tony Romo to return. Prescott dominated in the pre-season, proving to be one of the surprising stars that weren't picked in the early rounds of the NFL Draft. For the season, Prescott is averaging 259.5 yards passing per game at over a 60 % completion percentage. This guy is the future of the Cowboys.

The Dallas Cowboys are feeling really good as they came away with a 27-23 victory over the Washington Redskins and this was a game that gave Dallas confidence, coming home, and put the Redskins at 0-2 for the season.

Prescott has developed a chemistry with the trio of Cole Beasley (140 yards), Jason Witten (120 yards), and Dez Bryant (110 yards). He got his first NFL rushing touchdown and this week we should see Prescott get his first passing touchdown as a pro. Rookie, Ezekiel Elliott has been as good as advertised as he's blending in quite nicely with the offense and Dallas should have an easy time of it with Chicago at home as they're simply the better team in this matchup.

New York Jets at Kansas City Chiefs

A Confident New York Jets Team
In my opinion, the New York Jets (1-1) made one of the best off-season moves in a possibly decades as they picked up all-purpose running back, Matt Forte. Forte is the best receiving back in the NFL. Last week he grinded out 30 carries for 100 yards and a career high 3 TD's. I saw that game and the Jets offensive line did create big holes for Forte, but he's a resilient back and as he approaches 31 years of age. He still has a lot left and this is a player that can make the Jets a major threat in the playoffs.

Brandon Marshall Will Play
Another positive for New York is that Brandon Marshall will indeed suit up for this game. Last season, Marshall had a monster season with the Jets as he led the team with 109 catches for 1502 yards and 14 TD's. This season, Marshall hasn't seen the endzone quite yet, but wide receiver, Quincy Enunwa has elevated his level of play and has given New York a major boost along with leading receiver, Eric Decker (163 yards, 2 TD's).

Jamaal Charles Out
This is a major loss for the Kansas City Chiefs as star running back, Jamaal Charles will be out for another game. Running back, Spencer Ware will shoulder the load as he leads the Chiefs in rushing and receiving. I'm more concerned about how starting quarterback, Alex Smith, will fare against a fierce New York Jets defensive line.Look for the Jets defense to win this battle as New York comes away with the victory as the road dog.
