With Washington fading, this is the biggest game of the season to date in the NFC East with Philadelphia at Dallas. In this featured game on Fox at 4:25 p.m. ET, bet confidently with tips from SBRpicks.com.

Many sports bettors assumed the Eagles would be refreshed after their bye week and play extremely well afterward. Instead, Philadelphia lost to Dallas at home and was blasted at New Orleans, and was written off at 4-6. Instead of rolling over, the Eagles showed courage in a come-from-behind win against the Giants, then dismantled Washington last week. With a win Sunday at Dallas, they would be tied for first place in the NFC East.

The Cowboys had a somewhat similar journey. Dallas came off a bye week, played horribly in a Monday night loss against Tennessee and on a short week had to travel to Philly, which was coming in rested. Dak Prescott and the Boys took command, won the game and have not looked back, riding a 4-0 SU and ATS streak.

The NFL odds board has Dallas as a 3.5-point home favorite with a total of 43.5. Typically, this is where the Cowboys fall off their saddle and disappoint their fans. However, beating New Orleans had to be a big boost of confidence. The running game is rollin', which makes Prescott a better passer, and the Dallas D might be the best in the NFL.

Coach Doug Pederson's Eagles have shown heart. Darren Sproles is back, and Golden Tate and Carson Wentz are developing chemistry. Yet, the Eagles secondary remains a concern and Dallas is 7-0 ATS versus defenses allowing 260 or more passing yards a game. Take Dallas.

As far as the total, consider this winning system for your NFL picks: Play "over" on teams such as Philadelphia after playing on Monday night, against an opponent after playing on Thursday game. This "over" is 27-7 in this situation.

Final score prediction: Dallas 27, Philadelphia 20

Eagles-Cowboys Teasers and First-Half Wagering

This is what a 6-point teaser on the side and total would look like for this contest:

Side Teaser: Philadelphia +9.5 or Dallas +2.5
Totals Teaser: Over 37.5 or Under 49.5

Based on my final score prediction, both teams would be winners on a teaser. Nonetheless, being able to flip Dallas to an underdog buys us a bit more value and they are 16-0 against a teaser line versus defenses allowing a completion percentage of 64% or worse in the second half of the season.

To complete this two-teamer, let's take the "over" 37.5 and know that the Eagles are 19-1 "over" the teaser total in road games.

As far as a first-half wager is concerned, the best value is Dallas at -2. December road underdogs of 2 to 6 points vs. the first-half line, such as the Eagles, after two or more consecutive wins, are 9-40 ATS.

Eagles-Cowboys Side Prop Bets

Total Points Scored - Range 43 to 49: With both quarterbacks capable of making plays, I feel confident we will reach a minimum of 43 points. In addition, both defenses are sound enough to not allow this battle to reach 50 points. A $100 bet pays $375.

Longest Touchdown - OVER/UNDER 40.5 yards: The Philadelphia defense offers a few concerns, but in a rematch game, look for both defenses to be rather button-downed and we'll take the "under" (-115).

Cowboys Points - OVER/UNDER 23.5: Granted, New Orleans held the Dallas offense in check 10 days ago, but Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott are at the top of their games and no matter how you want to look at it, there are holes in the Philadelphia defense.

Most Rushing Yards - E. Elliott +150: Elliott is the favorite for this prop and he offers little value, but sometimes you just grab the lowest-hanging fruit and be happy.
