You could argue that this matchup between 4-3 Oakland & 4-4 Pittsburgh is the most intriguing of this betting week 9. The Raiders have won two in a row and they're suddenly the darlings of the media.

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -6 -110 at Pinnacle
This NFL odds opened as a 6-point edge for the Steelers at home, but it turns that the media aren't the only ones falling in love with the Raiders. Sportsbooks and bettors are as well as the line has moved to -5.5, then, -5, -4.5 and now -4 as the Raiders are getting a huge swell of support. Derek Carr is the league's new favorite quarterback and has formed a partnership with rookie WR Amari Cooper; some have taken to calling them “AC/DC”. And of course, the injury to Bell is a huge blow for the Steelers, but D'Angelo Williams didn't look bad while playing the first two games when Bell was suspended.

Health has also played a major part in how the Raiders have been playing as they're almost 100% healthy going into this game. The Raiders needed all hands on deck to make a push and they've gotten it this season.

That hasn't been the case for the Steelers as Roethlisberger returned from a knee injury, and now Bell is out for the season with his own knee injury. That was the latest blow for the Steelers, who have lost eight starters at some point with an injury, including three for the season and C Maurkice Pouncey might not return from his ankle injury.

The Raiders are 4-2 ATS in their last six games, but they're 2-4 ATS in their last six on the road. The Steelers are 4-2-2 ATS in 2015, while going 2-1-1 ATS at home. The total sits at 49, and the Steelers have gone under seven times this season, while the Raiders have gone over five times.

Oakland is 5-5 SU and 6-4 ATS in their last 10 against the Steelers, who are 4-3 SU and 3-3 ATS in seven games against the Raiders at home.
