Seattle Seahawks will be visiting the New Orleans Saints after tying in Arizona. Did they learn from their mistakes? Find out here as expert capper give out his NFL week 8 pick.

New Orleans is none too happy either, losing at Kansas City despite outgaining the Chiefs by 137 yards and the difference in the game was a pick 6 on tipped ball.

How this clash plays out will not only be determined by tremendous New Orleans offense against stellar Seattle defense but by sluggish Seahawks offense taking on Saints defense permitting 32.5 points a contest.

The offerings you are reading from this handicapper has him at 27-13-1 in all NFL picks this regular season.

Seahawks Salutations

Seattle might be 4-1-1 (3-3 ATS), but they have to fix the offense. Specifically the ground game, where the Seahawks are 27th, at 82.7 in yards per game and 31st in yards per attempt at 3.1. With Thomas Rawls expected back for Pete Carroll's club, he provides the physical style he prefers and compliments the speedier Christine Michael.

With Russell Wilson showing more confidence in his legs late against Arizona, being able to anything from the quarterback out of the pocket makes the entire Seahawks running and passing game for Seattle for effective. This is particularly true going against New Orleans suspect defense.

The Seattle defense would love to see a ball control offense, after being on the field for 86 plays last week. The Seahawks will look to stuff 28th ranked New Orleans rushing attack and keep Drew Brees in third and long as often as possible.

Saints Servings

New Orleans does not mind playing differently and I fully expect them to come out throwing short passes to the edges against Seattle defense, to try and wear them down quickly, having to chase. This sets up seam routes for Brees to Brandin Cooks or even or rookie receiver Michael Thomas.

If successful, this sets up quick hitters between the tackles along with draw plays, attempting to create running lanes. Nothing comes easy against the Seahawks defense, but there is nothing simple about stopping Brees indoors.

Defensively, New Orleans has to contain the run and when Wilson has to throw, knocking him around in the pocket might make him less adventurous to want to scurry, about. On pass defense, the Saints just cannot get beat deep, because, despite their offense, Seattle is extremely difficult to beat with a lead.

Odds and What to Look For

The NFL odds at always popular A+ rated Bookmaker have Seattle at -2.5 with a total of 47.5. That is down from -3.5 for the Seahawks, who have to physically tired and not sure where the offense really is. Also, New Orleans is frisky 11-3 ATS as an underdog.

The Saints are tempting, however, the best advice is to be patient, wait to see if can find more favorable +3 or higher on New Orleans and bang them at that point against weary Seattle.
