With four props on the afternoon slate still pending, we are still making plays here in Week 4. The NFL Odds for Sunday night are out and there are some nice NFL Odds in the props page from Bovada sportsbook.

 Le’Veon Bell O/U 75.5 rushing yards

After a three-game suspension, Le’Veon Bell is conveniently back from his three-game suspension just in time for the Steelers to play on national television. Reports out of Pittsburgh and from head coach Mike Tomlin say that Bell is in fantastic shape and after the Steelers faltered mightily last week, Bell will be relied on heavily in this game.

DeAngelo Williams will still have a heavy role, but Bell should see the biggest share of carries. If the Steelers are leading for most of the game, 20 carries is not out of the question.

Considering Bovada has taken Williams’ yards total off the board entirely makes me also think that Bell could be seeing a heavy workload. The Chiefs’ defense has been very good so far through three weeks defending against the pass, but their rushing defense has shown some weakness up until this point of the year.

Ben Roethlisberger might choose to run the ball with Bell and Williams to wear down the Chiefs defense before he takes some strikes to Antonio Brown, leading to some great value with the over for Bell’s rushing yards. If he averages just four yards per carry, his volume in this one will be enough for the over. I suggest you taking the over for you NFL week 4 picks.

Le’Veon Bell O/U 35.5 receiving yards

Late news on Sunday morning about the aforementioned Bell has me targeting two of his props in this one. While his rushing yards are more of a 50/50 proposition, his receiving yards prop has extreme value, making it my best play of the night.

Adam Schefter reported earlier that Bell could be used as a receiver some in this game as well. It makes since, he is quick, elusive and one of the best receiving backs in the NFL. With a lot of attention paid to Antonio Brown, Bell could find himself lined up against linebackers and safeties in some huge mismatches.

Roethlisberger will no doubt take advantage of those mismatches, especially considering the Steelers have had a hard time finding another contributor in the passing game outside of Brown. Bell is going to fill that void, as I see him getting at least five to seven targets in the passing game, regardless of the score in this one. Around 25 total touches are not out of the question either.
