The NFC East features in the majority of our top over-under plays for Week 4 of the 2016-17 regular season, including the Redskins, Cowboys, and Giants. Read the top NFL picks here before hitting the virtual window.

Cleveland Browns vs. Washington Redskins
The Browns average 15.5 points per game in their last 10 road games and look completely out of ideas on offense to begin the season. Although they put up 24 points in their overtime loss to the Dolphins in Miami last Sunday, the score line was aided by a Briean Boddy-Calhoun pick-6. In fact, until Terrelle Pryor Sr. scored on a 3-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, Cleveland had not scored an offensive touchdown in its last 16 series.

The Redskins’ 6.5 yards per play is third highest in the NFL, moving the ball with ease. Poor efficiency is preventing them from posting more than 22.7 points per game. Washington’s 0.362 points per play rank 16th in the league.

The Skins have been down at half time in every game this season, forced to abandon the run in the second half. Its 68.6 pass play percentage is third highest in the NFL. This is not a good recipe for Gruden’s personnel. The Skins win when controlling the clock, and they’ll look to build off a solid run attack against the Browns. It should help keep scoring down so take the under for you NFL week 4 Picks.

Dallas Cowboys vs. San Francisco 49ers
Chip Kelly’s offensive schemes aren’t fooling any NFL defensive coordinators, and Dallas’ defense will give the 49ers unit all it can handle. San Francisco’s D has yielded 15.2 points per game in their last 10 at Levi’s Stadium. New defensive coordinator Jim O’Neil probably isn’t going to inspire as many point-stuffing efforts, but is a Rex Ryan disciple, and knows how to ruffle young quarterbacks. Stopping the run game will be a big concern. Dallas’ O-line is the best in the business and will boss up front. The minutes will tick away.

Free NFL Pick: Under 45.5

Los Angeles Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals
Something is wrong with Carson Palmer and the Cardinals offense, and a matchup against a division opponent with a tough D isn’t the best spot to find a cure. L.A.’s offense is abysmal. It would not shock to see Arizona drop 30 points; if any out-of-sync unit can uncover a huge performance it's the Cards. The Rams, however, may struggle to reach double digits.

New York Giants vs. Minnesota Vikings
Eli Manning is must-watch T.V. when chasing a lead, as the Giants go to the air repeatedly. Since 2015, the OVER is 5-2 when the New York trails at half time, going over the number by 11.9 points per game. Lucky for viewers, Minnesota has taken a lead into half time in seven of its last eight games as home chalk.

Free NFL Pick: Over 43
