Mass amounts of preseason rust has yet to be shaken off for Winston and the Bucs. Can the Chicago Bears use this to their advantage and get things done with a back-door cover in Tampa?

Chicago Bears @ Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Under normal circumstances, I would have been all over the Buccaneers to cover the five-and-a-half points against the Bears at home. But Hurricane Irma may actually be the Bears best friend and the Bucs worst enemy for Week-2 football. The Bucs have yet to get out and shake the rust off and develop a little bit of team continuity. Meanwhile, the Bears, though they lost their Week-1 bout against reigning NFC Champs, the Falcons ... like the Browns, they played above expectation and more importantly, have gotten a game under their belt to work some of the typical early season bugs out. I actually kind of like the Bears +262 on the moneyline ... so 5Dimes hanging at +7.5 points has profit stamped on its imaginary forehead ... even with the extra juice involved.
