This is the last week of full regular season games, so let's make our NFL picks count. Here's our breakdown for the week.

Carolina Panthers vs. Atlanta Falcons

Who would have thought we'd see the Panthers at 11-4 and the Falcons at 4-11 at this point in the season? Swinging Johnson sees Atlanta's struggles continuing and is siding with Carolina to win comfortably.

NFL Pick: Panthers -6

Houston Texans vs. Tennessee Titans

It's been a disappointing season for both teams, but who gets the nod when the Titans host the Texans this Sunday? Jason Lake has broken down the game and thinks the value lies with Tennessee.

NFL Pick: Titans -7.5

Cleveland Browns vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers have been playing better as of late and now they play host to the 4-11 Browns in the season finale. After looking at the different angles, Jason Lake has recommended backing Pittsburgh to cover the chalk.

NFL Pick: Steelers -7

Washington Redskins vs. New York Giants

Here's another matchup between two teams that are simply playing for pride. The Giants are the home favorites here, but Swinging Johnson believes we should seriously think about siding with Washington.

NFL Pick: Redskins +4

Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals

We all know how darn good the Bengals have been at home this season, but Jordan Sharp isn't so sure they deserve to be favored by this kind of number. The Ravens are a pesky bunch, there's no doubt about that.

NFL Pick: Ravens +5.5

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Indianapolis Colts

In a game that means little, Joe Catalano questions whether or not the Colts should be favored by such a high number. Joe's going to take the points and go with Jacksonville to cover as huge dogs for his NFL picks.

NFL Pick: Jaguars +13

New York Jets vs. Miami Dolphins

Points are going to be hard to come by this weekend when Ryan Tannehill and the Dolphins and Geno Smith and the Jets do battle. Jason Lake is thinking we should take New York to cover.

NFL Pick: Jets +6.5

Detroit Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings

With both teams out of the playoff hunt, it's hard to figure where the best NFL betting value may be. I think we'll see a shootout in the dome this Sunday, so I'm selecting the OVER as one of my plays.

NFL Pick: OVER 52

Green Bay Packers vs. Chicago Bears

It's all on the line this Sunday when the Bears and Packers meet up at Soldier Field. Aaron Rodgers make his return and will be looking to send Green Bay into the playoffs. Will he get it done? Jordan Sharp doesn't think so and is on Chicago to cover the NFL odds.

NFL Pick: Bears +3

Buffalo Bills vs. New England Patriots

Boy did the Bills look good in their shutout win over the Dolphins last week. They face a much tougher test this weekend though and Jason Lake sees them losing straight up and against the spread to New England.

NFL Pick: Patriots -8.5

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. New Orleans Saints

The Saints have a lot to play for so they're not about to rest anyone for this season finale. Once again Jason Lake is laying the chalk and picking a cover for the favorite. He's forecasting a big New Orleans win.

NFL Pick: Saints -12

Denver Broncos vs. Oakland Raiders

It's pretty difficult to ever go against the Broncos with the way they've been performing this season. Doug Upstone is in agreement and is predicting another double-digit win for Denver on the road.

NFL Pick: Broncos -12.5

San Francisco 49ers vs. Arizona Cardinals

A huge game here. Jason Lake has his eyes set on a total play this time around and likes the look of the OVER on a small total of 42 points.

NFL Pick: OVER 42

Kansas City Chiefs vs. San Diego Chargers

The Chiefs can afford to rest anyone they need as they prepare for a playoff run. Joe Catalano thinks the Chargers will take advantage and therefore cover this sizable number at home.

NFL Pick: Chargers -10.5

St. Louis Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks

There seems to be a growing trend here. We've got a lot of chalk on our plate this week and again Swinging Johnson is taking the favorite. He believes Seattle will bounce back after losing last week to dominate St. Louis at home.

NFL Pick: Seahawks -11.5

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys

Tony Romo is out, meaning all of the responsibility falls on the shoulders of Kyle Orton to lead the Cowboys into the playoffs. Ron Patrick just doesn't see it happening and will take Nick Foles and the Eagles to cover.
