If Aaron Rodgers were healthy, Green Bay is probably at least a 10-point favorite. With Brett Hundley, could the Packers actually lose? Nah. Survivor Pick: Cleveland.

Green Bay Packers at Cleveland Browns (+3, 40)

Don’t look now, but the Green Bay Packers could have a healthy Aaron Rodgers back just in time for a playoff push. Rodgers can’t play this week but will be eligible to return from his broken collarbone in Week 15. The Packers (6-6) absolutely had to beat the visiting Tampa Bay Bucs this past Sunday to still have a postseason shot and they did, 26-20 in overtime. Now if Brett Hundley can just not blow this game, I see no reason why the Packers can’t finish 10-6 with Rodgers back and become a mega-dangerous wild-card team. As for the Browns, well, at least they didn’t lose by double digits in Week 13, falling 19-10 at the Chargers. They are close to wrapping up the No. 1 overall pick in the draft again. The Packers have won four of the last five against Cleveland. It is Green Bay’s first regular-season trip to Cleveland since 2009, a 31-3 Packers win. The Packers are 6-4 at the Browns, including wins in three of the last four. The Packers have scored 31 points in both of the last two matchups against the Browns, while only allowing a total of 16 points.

  • Packers are 5-1 ATS in their last 6 road games vs. a team with a losing home record.
  • Browns are 1-7-1 ATS in their last 9 games following a ATS win.

The Packers used their second and final "designated to return" spot on Rodgers regarding injured reserve. Players who are designated to return can practice six weeks after they were placed on injured reserve and can play two weeks after that. Rodgers was at practice this past Saturday. The team likely wouldn’t put Rodgers on the field unless it was competing for a playoff spot. Hundley wasn’t good in the win over Tampa Bay with just 84 yards passing. Aaron Jones' 20-yard touchdown run on his only carry, with 5:59 left in overtime, was the winner. Hundley had runs of 18 and 7 yards on the drive to start overtime. Rookie Jamaal Williams posted his first 100-yard game with 113 on 21 carries and a touchdown against the Bucs. One bright spot for the Browns in their latest loss was Josh Gordon playing for the first time since late 2014. He had four catches for 84 yards. Rookie DeShone Kizer passed for 215 yards and hit rookie David Njoku for a 28-yard touchdown for the Browns, who took their 30th loss in 31 games since late in the 2015 season. They're 1-27 under coach Hue Jackson, who broke John McKay's NFL record for the slowest start to a coaching tenure with a franchise. Two inexperienced QBs here. Have to go under.

  • Under is 20-8 in Browns last 28 home games.
  • Under is 36-12-3 in Browns last 51 games in December.
