With only four days to go before the big game kicks off in New York, I am back with my official NFL Parlay for the Super Bowl. We have seen some crazy line movement in this game over the first ten days of open action, and although we still might see some more NFL Odds movement, I think the odds we are seeing now have enough value for a parlay.

Seahawks vs. Broncos

Even though the spread has jumped three full points to the Broncos -2, I still think these NFL Odds have some value a week and a half before the game. If you read my breakdowns of the two team’s offenses versus defenses, you’ll know I have given the advantage to the Broncos on both sides of the ball. Sure the Seahawks’ defense is great, but Manning and the Broncos just broke the all time record for points scored. The Seahawks basic schemes will not fool the great Peyton Manning.

Even though I do think the Hawks have some slight advantages on defense, the Broncos are too deep and have too many weapons. However the real key to this game will be the Broncos’ defense, which over the last four games has given up an average of only 15 points per game. This was a team giving up chunks of yards through the air during most of the regular season. However over the last two-playoff games, and the final two regular season games, the Broncos’ defense has caught fire. Even though their secondary has some holes still, I doubt it will matter too much against the run-first Seahawks.

When it comes to the total side of things, a Broncos win would likely mean the total goes over as well. If the Broncos score more than 27 points on the Seahawks, it will probably be enough for an over cash. Even though the Hawks held their opponents to a league low 14.4 points per game, there is no way Manning and the Broncos only score two touchdowns in this game.

It looks as if Knowshon Moreno avoided any broken ribs in the AFC Title game, and Coach John Fox says his running back is day to day. With everything they can do for rib injuries, (especially since he didn’t break any ribs) such as pain killers and flak jackets, it would shock me greatly if Moreno was not out there trying to run the ball against that stout defense. Even if he isn’t as effective, his presence alone makes the Hawks have to account for him. That may be all the Broncos need to score 27-30 points in this one and win it all.

Super Bowl Picks: Seattle Seahawks Will Win Because...

Super Bowl Picks: Denver Broncos Will Win Because...

For us to win it all Manning and the Broncos will have to do just that, and a two-team parlay on the spread and total of this game will net us a potential payout of +260. While it is a slightly greater risk, the Super Bowl means going beyond wagering just 10% of your bankroll. Use a unit or two to add this parlay to your NFL Picks for the Super Bowl.
