Join us as we sift through the NFL odds for each and every game on week 2 NFL Preseason’s slate and serve up our NFL picks for the totals.

Week 1 NFL Preseason Recap
The OVER enjoyed a strong performance in week 1 NFL betting, finishing with a 9-7-0 mark when all was said and done, marking a considerable difference from last season’s opening week.

For our total betting predictions, we too finished with a 9-7-0 mark with our NFL picks at the conclusion of Sunday’s showdown between the Colts and the Eagles.

As week 2 NFL betting approaches, we’ve put together a comprehensive, game-by-game serving of NFL picks for the totals. Here goes…

Don't miss out our Preseason NFL ATS Picks for Week 2

Lions vs. Redskins O/U 40.0
Detroit Lions had no trouble against the Jets in a 23-3 win last weekend. While they may face stiffer opposition in the nation’s capital from the Redskins, this game could result in a more balanced offensive account from both sides.

NFL Picks: OVER 40.0

Bills vs. Browns O/U 40.0
Tyrod Taylor is supposed to start this game according to reports, but good news on the quarterback front is that all three Qbs performed well for the Bills in a 25-24 loss to the Panthers. With offensive chemistry looking good in the Bills camp this could be a more offensive game than NFL bettors might expect from the Bills. On the other side, Josh McCown and Johnny Manziel look to battle the starting job out further in week 2 NFL betting. McCown was solid in his opener while Manziel surprised doubters.

NFL Picks: OVER 40.0

Falcons vs. Jets O/U 39.0
Falcons offense looked good in the 31-24 win over the Titans last season. Jets’ defense was abominable in the 23-3 loss to the Lions, surprising many NFL betting experts that had them down as one of the stoutest on paper. Geno Smith is out, but they have reliable backup in Ryan Fitzpatrick. It just may take some time for him and the O-line to gel. It’s a rather low total all things being considered. Falcons could alone account for most of the points, especially if they face as little resistance as the Lions did from the Jets’ defense. Question is how will the Jets account?

NFL Picks: UNDER 39.0

Seahawks vs. Chiefs O/U 40.5
Chiefs offense fired at all cylinders in Arizona last weekend en route to a surprising 34-19 win. Seahawks succumbed to the Broncos 22-20 at home, but only narrowly so. Can the Chiefs keep up the offense in week 2 NFL preseason betting at the expense of the Seahawks in week 2 when their defense is sure to come together even better than it did in week 1 NFL betting.

NFL Picks: UNDER 40.5

Ravens vs. Eagles O/U 44.5
The Ravens and Eagles proved to be amongst two of the highest scoring offenses of the week, with the latter proving to be tops. Tim Tebow mania is well and truly alive again and the Chip Kelly experiment looks to be off to a positive start. Ravens served up the highest scoring game in a 30-27 win over the Saints. All in all, if these offenses light up the scoreboard again, this game should push the OVER 44.5 on the NFL odds board.

NFL Picks: OVER 44.5

Dolphins vs. Panthers O/U 40.0
Ryan Tannehill and his starters looked sharp. Beyond the starters, the Dolphins left much to be desired when it came down to point production. Panthers showed plenty of depth in their season-opening win over the Browns. The UNDER 40.0 seems about right when weighing in the balance the backup vs. backup scenario and the fact that the Dolphins are on the road for a second straight week.

NFL Picks: UNDER 40.0

Bears vs. Colts O/U 41.0
The Colts were blown off the field in Philadelphia last weekend in a 36-10 loss. It’s a preseason game, so they won’t be overly fussed. Still, one expects a better account from top to bottom. The Bears showed up for week 1 NFL betting at home to beat the Dolphins and they’ll be looking to get things going in week 2 again as they adjust to new coaching and schemes.

NFL Picks: UNDER 41.0

Jaguars vs. Giants O/U 40.5
Blake Bortles and the starters looked poised in week 1 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The NY Giants starters left much to be desired, as did the rest of the line-ups fielded in a 23-10 loss to the Bengals that lacked bite. If the Giants offense continues to flounder in week 2 preseason NFL betting, this game is sure to be a low-scoring affair.

NFL Picks: UNDER 40.5

Patriots vs. Saints O/U 43.0
Patriots were crushed 23-11 by the Packers in week 1 NFL betting, while the Saints narrowly lost to the Ravens 30-27. Garoppolo played most of the game and while he showed some positive signs, he was also sacked seven times. Yikes. Saints’ defense has plenty of holes in it, so perhaps this time around Garoppolo will have a more positive account.

NFL Picks: OVER 43.0

Broncos vs. Texans O/U 41.0
Both the Broncos and Texans enjoyed winning outings in week 1 NFL preseason betting, What’s more, their backups showed a lot of promise, from Osweiller for the Broncos showing his undeniable quality to the three Texans’ QB hopefuls putting on a right fight for the starting job. This should be an interesting game, possibly a high scoring one too. Hence, we’re taking the OVER 41 on our NFL picks.

NFL Picks: OVER 41.0

Raiders vs. Vikings O/U 39.0
Minnesota Vikings are flying high on confidence in the preseason with two wins over the Steelers and Buccaneers, putting up 40 points and conceding just 19. The Raiders are flush off a solid 18-3 win at home over the Rams. Minnesota will be playing their third straight home game in the preseason against a side that doesn’t exactly strike the most intimidating pose on defense. Vikings will put up the points, but will the Raiders offense give them a run for their money?

NFL Picks: OVER 39.0

Chargers vs. Cardinals O/U 39.5
Chargers defense played well against the Cowboys in week 1 NFL betting and the Cardinals were able to create some offense against the Kansas City Chiefs backups. All in all, this should be a tight game by all accounts with neither side taking too many risks with their starters. The UNDER emerges as the choice NFL pick.

NFL Picks: UNDER 39.5

Packers vs. Steelers O/U 41.0
Aaron Rodgers didn’t lose a step in his preseason appearance against the Patriots and he’s sure to have another solid account in Pittsburgh for however long he plays. Big Ben and the Steelers O-Line have to get things going after losing both preseason games and mustering up just 24 points on offense (or 12 points per game).

NFL Picks: OVER 41.0

Cowboys vs. Niners O/U 40.5
Neither side was spectacular in week 1 NFL betting, losing their respective season openers by a significant margin. Cowboys lost 17-7 to the Chargers while the Niners were overwhelmed 23-10 by the Texans. Most concerning, Niners’ first-string offense and Kaepernick looked off their game.

NFL Picks: UNDER 40.5

Rams vs. Titans O/U 38.5
Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans are sure to struggle against the Rams defense in week 2 NFL betting. Rams O-line though will need to be a lot sharper after accounting for just 3 points against the Raiders.

NFL Picks: OVER 38.5

Bengals vs. Buccaneers O/U 40.0
Look for the Bengals to ride roughshod over the Jameis Winston and the Bucs in week 2 NFL betting and their stalwart O-Line to put up the points against a defense that can be porous.

NFL Picks: OVER 40.0
