I am going big today with four huge plays, with player performance props, and two touchdown props. All of these NFL Odds are from Bet365 sportsbook.
Maurice Jones-Drew (55.5 rushing yards)
MJD and the rest of the Jags head over to London-town this weekend to play the 49ers, and after the NFL Odds opened up at -17 ½ in favor of the 49ers, the spread has dropped several points late in the week, and now sits at -14 ½ 49ers. (I mistakenly said this game is to be played in Jacksonville in the video).
However I think MJD’s rushing yards total has great under value this week. The Niners’ run defense is going to key in on Jones-Drew, and I think the Jags are going to try and pass the ball on San Francisco’s secondary. Even though technically, the 49ers have better numbers against the pass, the Jags’ best chance to win and/or cover this game is to throw the ball with Chad Henne. It’s likely that the Niners will be playing with a lead, and that would mean limited rushing attempts for Jones-Drew.
My Free Pick: ‘Under’ 55.5 rushing yards (-115)
Jordan Reed (56.5 receiving yards)
Even though he has proven to be pretty fragile, Jordan Reed’s receiving yards total in this game against the Broncos is so small I can’t help but take a bite. The Broncos have been pretty bad against tight ends this season, and with Pierre Garcon likely occupying double coverage, I see Reed getting open across the middle a lot in this game.
Robert Griffin III loves to throw the ball down the middle of the field, and after a huge game last week, I am doubling down on Reed this week against Denver. Reed has become the undisputed 2nd option for the Skins’ offense, and I see him being a security blanket for RG3 for the rest of the season.
My Free Pick: ‘Over’ 56.5 receiving yards (-120) for your proposition NFL picks.
To start my TD props, I am going with a guy who has only scored one this season, but I think his time is coming. This week against the Bills, Marcus Colston is +100 to score a TD, and I am taking a bite. The Bills have given up a total of 12 touchdowns this season to opposing wide receivers, and with Jimmy Graham banged up and questionable for this game, I see Colston picking up the slack, even if Graham plays.
Graham might not be 100% if he plays, and after Graham, Darren Sproles and Colston will be there to pick up the slack. Even though Colston has only one touchdown so far this season, Drew Brees targets him in the redzone a lot. Coming off of their bye week, I think the Saints will find Colston in the end zone.

My Free Pick: Marcus Colston TD Scored (+100 betting odds)
Another guy whose TD price I am in love with in Week 8 is Victor Cruz, who is also at +100 to score this week for our sports picks. The Giants are fresh off their first win of the season, and now they are going into Philadelphia to play Michael Vick and the Eagles. If you think the Bills have been bad at giving up scores to opposing wide receivers, just take a look at the Eagles.
Philadelphia has given up 14 touchdowns to opposing wide receivers so far this season, and with Vick back, it’s very conceivable to think that the Giants will be playing from behind on the road here. Cruz already has four TDs this season, and he is Eli Manning’s favorite target, even in the red zone. I could easily see Cruz beating one of Philly’s corners to get a touchdown this week.
My Free Pick: Victor Cruz TD Scored (+100)
