I ended my two week losing streak in seeking the best value on NFL picks and look to start building momentum as we approach the halfway point of the season taking on the sportsbooks.

I feel confident a winning week is in my and possibly your future against the NFL odds, thus, let’s delve into Week 7.

Colts Riding High These Days
After a 0-2 start to the season, NFL football handicappers were at least curious what was wrong with Indianapolis. It turns out to be nothing,  since the Colts lost at Denver and to Philadelphia late and those teams are a combined 9-2 SU. Since then, Indianapolis has gotten into a good groove with four straight wins and covers.

Cincinnati has not been the same since their bye week. The Bengals were destroyed by New England in a tough scheduling situation, but giving up 37 points to Carolina at home in stunning. Without much of a pass rush, the Cincy secondary has been toasted and defensively fallen to 28th in the NFL.

With the way Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis offense is clicking, this is not a good spot for Cincinnati, especially with the Colts 7-0 ATS at home vs. defenses allowing 235 or more passing yards a game the last three seasons. Jump in the saddle with your NFL picks on Indy with a manageable number.

San Francisco Back On Track
After an uneven start, San Francisco has righted the ship with three straight wins and covers and proven they are not about to abnegate their position in the NFL hierarchy.

Coming off a short week and playing a second straight on the road would be difficult for most teams but coach Jim Harbaugh has this group refocused and while there is room for improvement, the 49ers are on the rise.

Denver gave a workman-like performance in New Jersey and no doubt will have more focus for a bigger game, but if you watched that contest, the Jets were able to get pressure on Peyton Manning and San Francisco, despite not having all their best pass rushers, can make life uncomfortable for Manning.

With the weapons the Niners now have as pass-catchers, this Sunday’s affair sets up IMO to be a three-four point against the NFL odds.
