Here's one last look at all of our favorite plays for Week 14. Are you on the same side as our cappers?

Kansas City Chiefs vs. Washington Redskins

The Chiefs have come back down to earth after a terrific 9-0 start, but it's not like the Redskins have been any better. Doug Upstone thinks Kansas City is the best bet in the nation's capital.

Pick: Chiefs -3

Minnesota Vikings vs. Baltimore Ravens

Many are in the know about Baltimore's wonderful home record this season, and while Nila Amerova thinks they'll win straight up, she feels this is too many points and is therefore backing Minnesota against the spread.

Pick: Vikings +7

Cleveland Browns vs. New England Patriots

The Patriots have needed some late heroics to win their last two games, but Swinging Johnson doesn't think this one will be close. He's banking on an easy New England win at home.

Pick: Patriots -10

Oakland Raiders vs. New York Jets

Not much to like about this game, is there? Both teams stink, but there has to be a winner and Swinging Johnson believes Oakland is the better play, at least when it comes to spread betting with your NFL picks.

Pick: Raiders +2.5

Indianapolis Colts vs. Cincinnati Bengals

People will look at the identical records and automatically think the value is with the Colts. However, the Bengals have been unstoppable at home this season and have way more momentum at the moment. I'm taking Cincinnati to cover.

Pick: Bengals -6

Detroit Lions vs. Philadelphia Eagles

What a job Nick Foles has done since taking over as the starting quarterback. Doug Upstone is of the opinion Foles and the Eagles are well worth taking as small home chalk against Matthew Stafford and the Lions.

Pick: Eagles -2.5

Miami Dolphins vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

Credit the Dolphins for hanging in there despite the whole Richie Incognitio, but Joe Catalano doesn't like their chances in Pittsburgh. He's siding with the Steelers to cover as field-goal favorites.

Pick: Steelers -3

Buffalo Bills vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay ran into a stout Carolina defense last week and should fare better against Buffalo this weekend. Jason Lake agrees and is on the Buccaneers to win by three points or more.

Pick: Buccaneers -2.5

Atlanta Falcons vs. Green Bay Packers

Our first total play of the week comes in Green Bay's home date with Atlanta. The Falcons have been incredibly disappointing to say the least, but they have shown signs offensively lately. That's part of the reason Jason Lake is selecting the OVER with his sports picks.

Pick: OVER 44.5

Tennessee Titans vs. Denver Broncos

While the Titans haven't gone down easy on the road, they haven't had to deal with a team like Denver, who pretty much score every time they have the ball. I'm looking for another comfortable win for the Broncos.

Pick: Broncos -12

St. Louis Rams vs. Arizona Cardinals

If you didn't know, the Cardinals are darned good at home. I believe they'll show just how good once again versus Kellen Clemens and the Rams, winning by at least a touchdown in the process.

Pick: Cardinals -6

New York Giants vs. San Diego Chargers

Even though we've got two experienced quarterbacks doing battle here, Jason Lake doesn't think we'll see a lot of points put on the board. He recommends we take the UNDER.

Pick: UNDER 47.5

Seattle Seahawks vs. San Francisco 49ers

As well as the Seahawks have been playing, the 49ers have also been winning and they'll be at home in this huge showdown in San Francisco. I believe the 49ers will get some retribution by returning the favor at home.

Pick: 49ers -2.5

Carolina Panthers vs. New Orleans Saints

Boy we cannot wait for this game. Jason Lake has looked over the NFL odds closely and thinks we'd be best served by going with Cam Newton and the Panthers to cover as underdogs.

Pick: Panthers +4

Dallas Cowboys vs. Chicago Bears

Should we expect a lot of points on Monday Night Football? We don't see why not. These are two of the most explosive offenses in football, so it's no wonder Jason Lake likes the OVER.

Pick: OVER 48.5
