SBR's Peter Loshak shares his week 13 betting parlay, here he'll break down the public vs. sharp action to generate 4 plays worth adding to your College Football and NFL picks.

In NFL Week 13, some of the usual suspects have attracted big public betting action. The New England Patriots, coming off of a straight-up loss and reported to be unusually unhappy about it, are a big public-backed side as a big home favorite against the hapless Philadelphia Eagles. The Eagles though did attract sharp action from accounts that bought them up to +10.5.

And the Carolina Panthers, who have attracted big public action many weeks this season, and have continued to cash, are once again taking big public action with Week 13 NFL picks. And as a possibly bad sign for the sportsbooks, no sharp action as yet has come back the other way on the Saints as a home dog.

The biggest public side of the week though, perhaps somewhat surprisingly, is the Denver Broncos, still without Peyton Manning at QB. The public loves Denver, but big sharp action did come in the other way on San Diego to cover +4.5 and +4.

Dallas at Washington on Monday night is another game with a notably stark sharp/public split this week, with the public all over the Redskins to win and cover with the Cowboys playing their first game with Tony Romo gone for the second time this season. But sharp action did take Dallas when their line was at +5 NFL odds.

Another ugly underdog that took interest from the sharps is the Cleveland Browns, who took money as a huge home underdog when their line was at +10. And probably the most interesting game of the week from a betting perspective is Seattle at Minnesota.

The Vikings have been one of the most profitable teams to have bet on in the NFL all season long, and they are at home this week with a near-pick 'em spread against Seattle. The public appears to favoring the Seahawks as of Friday afternoon, but more notably, the game has attracted two-way sharp action, with big sharp accounts backing both Seattle as well as the Vikings. In my parlay this week for the Pete’s Parlay Show, I included two college football picks to go along with two other sides from the NFL card, including a play in the Jets/Giants in-state rivalry showdown.
