We share three of our favorite NFL picks for the Week 10 matchups, as we tell where the best value lies.

After several solid weeks with my NFL picks, I felt like I had just met Bobby Brown at a nightclub at around 3:00 am and you know the rest. Those weeks happen to any NFL football handicapper and you dust yourself off and prepare for the next series of challenges. Let’s turn this right back around starting today.

Philadelphia’s Season Could be Saved in the Nick of Time

After scoring 10 points over two games, the Eagles took flight and lambasted Oakland 49-20 behind Nick Foles record-tying seven touchdown performance. With Foles, coach Chip Kelly was able to finally create the fast pace he wanted and they swiftly wore down the Raiders defense and the secondary became discombobulated.

Philadelphia has started out as double digit road underdog according to sportsbooks; however, with Green Bay playing on a short week against a hated rival, though it was at home, it does not allow them to prepare for this pace of action.

Another factor, the Eagles defense has quietly improved, allowing just 18.6 points per game in their last five outings. This appears to be a solid value play and will be one of my sports picks.

NFL Pick: Philadelphia +10.5

Texans Tripped Up Every Way They Turn

It’s just going to be one of those years for Houston. Their first play of the season was a precursor as Matt Schaub threw an interception at San Diego. Philip Rivers tossed a touchdown on the very next play and the Texans have been chasing 2013 ever since.

Even last week with a 21-3 lead at home against Indianapolis, the Houston players saw their coach Gary Kubiak taken on a stretcher and in the confusion, the momentum was lost and they ended up losing to the Colts.

Sometimes you are just snake-bit and at this point, the Texans players will not publically admit to such, but to go from a real Super Bowl contender to 2-6 and 1-7 ATS, that is a precipitous fall.

Houston has to travel to Arizona, who will be fresh as winter flower in the south desert coming off a bye. The NFL odds have the Cardinals favored by three, but my power rankings have it closer to six. Back the Birds.

NFL Picks: Arizona -3

Oh, When the Saints Coming Matching In

It was fairly stunning to see, New Orleans was manhandled all over the field by the New York Jets, who roughed them up. The Saints offensive line could not contain the Jets defensive line and their D-Linemen where pushed around as much as they had been all season by the Gang Green O-Linemen.

The old ‘Wizard of Oz’ movie line, “There’s no place like home” applies to the Saints who are 4-0 SU and ATS at the M-B Superdome this season and 17-4 ATS the last three years, winning by over 14 points contest. Every reason to believe Sean Payton will work a little magic and have New Orleans more than ready for Dallas and whip the betting odds.

NFL Pick: New Orleans -6.5
