Week 1 is in the books in the NFL and although it's early in the season and the future NFL betting odds haven't changed much. Let's take a look at the teams with the best current value.

New England Patriots +700
An angry Brady is a dangerous Brady and don't think Tom Brady isn't angry from the off-season court hearings that he had to deal with regardless if he won the judgment.

In the first game of the NFL Season, Brady connected with Rob Gronkowski 3 times for touchodowns and appears to be ageless as he goes after his fifth Super Bowl Title. New England's running game doesn't have to be great, but just good enough and it certainly was in week 1 as the Patriots handled a good Steelers team at Gillette Stadium. These are great NFL odds as this is a motivated team and are the defending Super Bowl Champions.

Off Limits:

Dallas Cowboys +1200
There's not much to choose from as a lot of teams such as the Philadelphia Eagles disappointed, but one team that I really don't like at all is the Dallas Cowboys. The Cowboys will be without overrated star Dez Bryant for 6 weeks and were lucky to defeat the Giants by one point on Sunday night.

Actually, the Giants had that game well in hand. News has come out that Eli Manning told Rashad Jennings to sit on the ball with a 3 point lead as the Giants were about to go up by 10 with 2 minutes to go. Instead, Manning made a poor decision on 3rd down and threw an incompletion, stopping the clock.

Needless to say, Tony Romo marched the Cowboys down the field and hit Jason Witten for the game winning touchdown. The Cowboys can't win without DeMarco Murray and it appears Murray can't win without the Cowboys. With Bryant out, this team is in trouble. Their odds could be greater in the upcoming weeks and there's no need to play the odds here or for the rest of the season.

Denver Broncos +1400
Another "off limits" team is the Denver Broncos. Even though they came away with the victory over an equally inept Baltimore squad, they can't be feeling good about Peyton Manning and C.J. Anderson.

Several times, Manning had Emmanuel Sanders open, but was unable to deliver Sanders the football because he just doesn't have the zip or accuracy on his throws. As for Anderson, this isn't the same player that we saw last season, but we'll give him a pass for one bad week. Denver is currently a bad bet.

No Offerings This Week
I can see a lot of teams that showed a some ability as Philadelphia Eagles (+1200) was able to shove the football down the Falcons throats and the Atlanta Falcons (+2800) were able to move the football also. Julio Jones was a flatout beast, but neither of these teams are Super Bowl teams. DeMarco Murray rushed the football 8 times for 9 yards and looked lost despite 2 touchdowns. He should've stayed in Dallas, but Dallas was running him into the ground with too many carries.

The New York Jets (+6600) had one of the biggest wins of the week as Chris Ivory looked unstoppable, but I can't see Ryan Fitzpatrick holding the Lombardi Trophy.

Lottery Pick:

San Francisco 49ers +3300
Maybe Jim Harbaugh was a cancer as the 49ers' defense looked dominant against the Minnesota Vikings. Along with the defnese, Carlos Hyde showed what he was capable of doing at running back without Frank Gore. This is the type of team that I could see picking as a division winner at long odds. We would need to see more winning for San Francisco to be on my radar as the passing offense leaves a lot to be desired.

At the current time, there really aren't any NFL picks out there except for New England as it's too early in the season.
