Though they're still alive in the playoff hunt, the Titans are going to be up against Peyton Manning and the Broncos this weekend. Let's check in with Steven and his point of view regarding the NFL odds for our sports picks.

Odds Overview

As we gear up for another splendid week of NFL football, it's that time again to check over the NFL betting lines.

As of now, the Broncos are favored by 12 points (13 is also there for the taking), with Denver at 7-4-1 ATS and Tennessee at 6-5-1 ATS this season. The O/U is in the range of 49 to 50.

Tennessee Titans

Playoff hopes are alive in the wide open AFC, but the Titans are going to have to beat the Broncos in Denver to have a realistic chance.

Momentum isn't on their side, as Tennessee is coming off a 22-14 loss to Indianapolis and has dropped three of their last four and six of their past eight coming into Sunday.

Against the Colts, Ryan Fitzpatrick had his moments, but struggled for the most part. He was 21-of-37 for 201 yards and a touchdown but was picked off three times and also lost a fumble. Fitzpatrick was able to tack on 54 rushing yards and a score though.

Chris Johnson and Shonn Greene struggled to get into a rhythm, though they did plod along and get some tough yards. They finished with 108 yards on 28 carries between them, but weren't able to get into the end-zone.

If the Titans want any chance of turning things around and topping the Broncos, they're going to have to be a lot more protective of the football. That's on Fitzpatrick.

Denver Broncos

Seven days after a gut-wrenching 34-31 loss to the Patriots, a game they certainly should have won, the Broncos responded with a seven-point win in Kansas City.

In the 35-28 victory, Denver got another huge day out of Peyton Manning. He threw for 403 yards and five touchdowns.

Eric Decker had a career day, catching eight passes for 174 yards and four scores. Demaryius Thomas had three receptions for 106 yards and Knowshon Moreno tallied four catches for 72 yards and a touchdown.

In the running game, Montee Ball was the one making things happen – he ended up with 13 carries for 117 yards, significantly better numbers than Moreno (15 rushes for 18 yards). The Broncos aren't afraid to ride the hot hand and that's going to be the case again this weekend.

However you want to spin it, the Broncos are practically unstoppable offensively – they're first in the league in total yards, more than making up for a defense that's ranked #26 in total yards allowed per game.

NFL Pick

The Titans have battled hard on the road, having beaten Pittsburgh, St. Louis and Oakland while also hanging around with Seattle, Indianapolis and St. Louis.

But, none of these teams are as explosive offensively as Denver. The Broncos can seemingly score at will and we don't really see that changing in Week 14. The Titans' pass defense has been good (#9 in the NFL), but have they had to deal with so many offensive weapons before?

Denver got the sweep over Kansas City last weekend and now return home where they've still yet to lose. What's more, head coach John Fox is back on the sidelines and that's only going to help.

So, let's take on this major chalk and add the Broncos to our NFL picks.

Pick: Denver Broncos -12
