Week 2 in the NFL is fast approaching, and I have identified three games where I see value in the NFL Odds for our weekend sports picks.

With my prop bets set to come out tomorrow, let’s take one final look at my best bets for Sunday’s spreads.

Panthers vs. Bills

The Panthers defense is being discounted and undervalued this season, and even after they held the big bad Seahawks to only 12 points, they aren’t getting any love still. However, even though they are on the road in this game, I think they have excellent value at some sportsbooks. The NFL Odds for this game at Matchbook are -1 right now after opening at -3. Even though I like the Bills this season, with a rookie quarterback under center, the Panthers should be able to contain.

Carolina has a chance to be very good this year because of their defense, and even though the Bills may have better skill players at RB and possibly WR too, I’ll take Cam Newton and the Panthers’ defense on the road in Buffalo. Dating back to last season, the Panthers have won four of their last five road games SU. The Betting Odds have moved in our favor over the last few days.

Chargers vs. Eagles

Even though this is a cross-country flight for a game, the Chargers also have some value in this game. The Eagles had an impressive showing against the Redskins this past Monday, but now on short rest, they may have looked too good. I think the sportsbooks are seriously overvaluing the Eagles after just one game. I still think Philly is going to win this game, but the Chargers should be able to stay within +9 ½ of them, which are the odds at Pinnacle for our NFL Picks.

The Chargers showed us on Monday they are not a bad team, and this game could be high scoring and entertaining on Sunday afternoon. There is always the possibility of a back door cover in situations for the Chargers, and I think both the public and sportsbooks are overvaluing the Eagles here after their big Monday night win. Even though it dates back over a decade, the Chargers are 4-1 ATS in their last five meetings with the Eagles, and they have covered in two of their last three trips to Philly.

Saints vs. Bucs

The Saints are finally starting to see their NFL Odds go up, but you can still find the Saints sitting at -3 at sportsbooks like Bet365, The Greek and Bookmaker. Tampa Bay is in a state of mutiny and dysfunction right now, and New Orleans has history and momentum on their side.

The Saints have gone 7-3 ATS in their last ten meetings with the Bucs, and in their last three games against them, the Saints have averaged over 34 points per game. Even though they are on the road, the Saints should be able to score on the Tampa defense. On top of that, I don’t think the Bucs’ offense will look any better this week, even against the soft New Orleans defense, now led by Rob Ryan.

My Pick: Saints -3 at Bet 365
