I have three NFL prop picks from Bet365 that I really like, so follow along as I release my two player performance, and one team prop for tonight’s NFC West battle.

Seahawks vs. Cardinals

Week 7 is here and while some of you are debating on which number to hit tonight in the NFL Odds, why don’t you take a look at some of these NFL Picks for tonight’s game.

Player performances

Andre Ellington is becoming a nice and pleasant surprise for Bruce Arians and the new regime in Arizona. Ellington was a 6th round draft pick in the 2013 draft, and after being an afterthought throughout the first couple weeks of the season, Ellington has come along recently, and has easily become the most dynamic tail back in the Arizona offense.

Tonight he has a tough test against the Seahawks, but most seem to think the Cards will be playing from behind for most of this game, which is great news for Ellington. At Bet365, Ellington’s total yards total is set at 64.5, which is rushing and receiving yards. Ellington has at least 83 yards from scrimmage in his last two games, and in those two games he touched the ball over 10 times.

If he can keep up his nice averages against the Hawks at home, I really like his chances of getting 65 or more yards from scrimmage tonight. Even though the chalk is prevalent, I still love the betting odds here.

My Pick: Andre Ellington OVER 64.5 total yards (-130)

Russell Wilson is another interesting total for this game, but not his passing yards total, his rushing yards total of 47.5. Wilson has been a scrambling machine over the last couple of weeks, and against the pressure from the Cards, I see it once again here on a short week. The Seattle receivers don’t get much separation for Wilson. That leads to pressure and a lot of scrambling for Wilson.

The 2nd year Seattle QB has rushed ten or more times in the Hawks’ last three games, and he is averaging 80 yards rushing per game in those last three. While the Cardinals could try and contain him in this game, he can beat you from the pocket as long as his receivers get open. Either way, with the news that Calais Campbell is ok and ready to play tonight for Arizona, it spells good news for the Arizona pass rush. The Cardinals have one of, if not the best front seven in the NFL in my opinion. They are 5th against the run this season, while racking up 16 sacks and 8 interceptions through 6 games. Wilson will be forced from the pocket a lot tonight, and I think he will have at least 12 rushing attempts when he can’t throw the ball.

My Pick: Russell Wilson OVER 47.5 rushing yards (-130)

FG Total

At 3.5, I think the total number of field goals in this game is way too low for these two squads. Although the theory of this being a low scoring game could be right, I think that helps us out more. The likelihood of each team having two field goals is pretty solid.

Jake Feely has made at least two field goals in two of the Cardinals’ last three games, while Steven Hauschka has made nine field goals in his last three games for the Seahawks. On a short week, I think both of these kickers will be called upon a lot in this game. Plus there is a ton of value with the over.

My Pick: OVER 3.5 Field goals (+100)
