San Francisco is 4-8 after an overtime win in Chicago, and they've been playing surprisingly well as of late. They head to Cleveland to face the 2-10 Browns, who will be our NFL pick?

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -1.5 -105 at Pinnacle

This might be one of the most baffling NFL odds of the week in the NFL as the Browns opened up as 1.5-point favorites at home. It has since gone to -2 and while the Browns are at home, they have lost seven in a row and looked like they gave up in a 37-3 loss at home to the rival Bengals. QB Austin Davis struggled, so the Browns are giving Manziel what might be his last chance to take the job under center. Meanwhile, QB Blaine Gabbert carried the 49ers in Chicago, tying the game with a 44-yard touchdown run and then a 71-yard pass to WR Torrey Smith in the extra period. Sometimes, all a player needs is a change in scenery and Gabbert is flourishing in San Francisco, who might choose to move on from Colin Kaepernick now. Manziel could learn a lot from Gabbert about taking your chance with both hands and running with it; no one could have predicted this from Gabbert even two months ago.

Injuries
The 49ers put TE Garrett Celek on the injured-reserve list with a high-ankle sprain, which means he is gone for the season. TE Vance McDonald and LB Aaron Lynch are both in the NFL's concussion protocol, so keep an eye on them this week.

For the Browns, G Joel Bitonio is out for the season with an ankle injury, and the same goes for TE Malcolm Johnson because of his groin. WR Travis Benjamin didn't practice on Wednesday because of his shoulder, but he is looking like he will play on Sunday.

Trends
The 49ers are 6-6 ATS this season, but they've covered just two of their six games on the road. The Browns are a lowly 3-8-1 ATS, including 1-4-1 ATS at home. The total is set for 41 and the Browns have gone over eight times this season, while the 49ers have gone over six times.

These two have met just three times since 2003, with the Browns winning and covering twice. They met once in Cleveland in 2007, when the Browns won 20-7 as 11.5-point favorites at home.
