With the NFL Draft ready to get underway, how can us NFL bettors profit off of the excitement? Find out which NFL draft betting options we believe hold the best value.

While most of the Vegas sportsbooks don’t offer odds on the NFL Draft, most online sportsbooks are offering us a few NFL betting options. With less than 24 hours until the Chiefs are on the clock at #1 overall, let’s take a look at a few of the prop bets you can wager on for the draft.

The following NFL Odds come from Bovada sportsbook.

O/U 13 Offensive players taken in Round 1?

This is going to be close, but in light of recent events I think it’s the way to go. This is going to be a defensive heavy draft, but the 1st round is going to be interesting. I think the 'Over' is the way to go with our sports picks

The first two picks off the board will likely be offensive players, and if both of them are tackles, I think that is going to set off a frenzy of offensive lineman in the first round. Also, there looks like there is a strong possibility that some skill players like a few wide receivers or running backs get taken late in the 1st round. Take the over in this one; I see the number being 14 offensive players.

My Pick: OVER

Who will be the 2nd overall pick?

There has been a lot of speculation on this one, but there are two guys that I believe are worth backing with our NFL picks. First is tackle Eric Fisher. Fisher is considered the clear 2nd best tackle in the draft behind Luke Joeckel, and the Jags do have a need at blindside. He is listed at 5/4 to be the 2nd overall pick.

The other guy I have my eye on is DE/OLB Dion Jordan. He would fit perfectly in the Jags’ system, and he too is also listed at 5/4 to be the 2nd overall pick. A value bet on either of them will net some profit, but I think that Jordan will end up being the pick.

My Pick: Dion Jordan

O/U 37 ½ draft position of Matt Barkely

Even though there is some chalk at -140 with this one, I’m saying Barkley will be off the board before the 38th pick. There are a few teams and draft positions that he could be taken in. at the beginning of the 2nd round the Jags are picking 33rd and he could definitely go there.

He could also be taken at 34 or 37. The 49ers and Bengals currently occupy those positions, but they could easily trade away their early 2nd rounders because of their immense amount of picks. A team could easily trade up to take Barkley in one of those spots as well.

My Pick: UNDER (-140)

O/U 25 ½ draft position of Manti Teo

Once again I’m siding with the 'Under' when it comes to the draft position of Manti Teo, who is also chalking in at -140 if he goes before the 26th overall pick. The Bears at #20 have already expressed interest considering they need to replace Brian Urlacher. Also, the Bengals at 21 could be his next stop if the Bears pass. Both teams need an ILB.

On top of those two teams, the Vikings at 25th overall could also use an ILB. I sincerely doubt Teo goes past the Vikings at 25. I’m on the under once again.

My Pick: UNDER (-140)
