Well, I’m back at it once again for Week 5, and I have two more strong money line underdogs that I think you should parlay together for a sweet winning ticket against the NFL Odds. Let's go over a few of the best options that sportsbooks currently have on offer.
Week 5 Mixing up NFL Picks
Over the last two weeks, I have been giving ways to mix up your NFL Picks with parlays. After a nice cash two weeks ago, we missed on the Bears money line, even though the Chargers held up their end of the bargain. Tying together two slight underdogs in a 2-team money line parlay can make a normal 2-team parlay look like child’s play.
Saints vs. Bears
The Saints have looked unstoppable recently, as they are one of only a few remaining undefeated teams in the NFL. This week they head into Soldier Field to play the Bears, and the NFL odds favor Chicago at -1, leaving a money line bet on the Saints paying out at even money.
While Chicago is a great team, their defense gave them issues last week on the road, but what gave them even more issues was the defensive pressure put on Jay Cutler. Cutler looked bad throughout the first half and some of the second until the Lions were too far ahead. This week if Cutler does not play better, the same result will fall upon the Bears. Cutler still ended the game with over 300 yards passing and two touchdowns, but he also threw three interceptions and he lost a fumble into the end zone for a touchdown, which put the icing on the cake for the Lions.
I could see similar problems from a New Orleans defense that is just as good as Detroit’s. Getting pressure onto Cutler has been much tougher this season, but it can be done. I see Drew Brees doing enough to beat the Bears on the road, and for the Saints’ defense to come up with at least one or two big turnovers in this one.

Eagles vs. Giants
Even though they are playing like a bad college team, the Giants are favored in this one over the Eagles. Philly hasn’t exactly been tearing it up recently, but a money line bet on the Eagles would payout between +110 to +115, and I’m jumping on it to add to our parlay.
The Giants’ defense has been awful this season and the Eagles have a great opportunity to get right against them. The Giants will give up a ton of points to a better Eagles team, and even though Philadelphia’s defense isn’t anything to get excited about, at the very least they have a better pass rush than New York, who only has less than a sack per game so far.
The Eagles have won and covered in eight of their last ten games against the Giants, and they are also 5-1 SU in their last six games against the Giants. The one loss came last season at the end of the year when the Eagles were starting Nick Foles and the Giants were still in the playoff hunt. Five times before that, the Eagles have gone into New York and won, and I think they return to form this week.
A normal 2-team parlay with straight wagers pays out at +240, but these two teams parlayed together present only slightly more risk with a lot more reward. Take the Eagles and Saints and add them to your Sports Picks for Week 5.
My Pick: 2-team parlay, Saints +100 and Eagles +112 for (+325)
