Although we had a shaky night this past Monday with our NFL picks, both my team and player props betting picks have been rather successful overall. Tonight a divisional game between the 49ers and Rams is set to kickoff, and I have picked three of my favorite prop betting options posted at many online sportsbooks.

Let’s take a look at these NFL odds, all of which are from Bet365 sportsbook.

Touchdown total (4.5)

If you saw any of the two games these two teams played against one another last season, you’ll know that this should be a lower scoring game. Not only is it Thursday night and these guys are probably still tired and in pain from last week, but these two teams seem to always bring the defense when they play one another. Last season we had a 24-24 tie and a 13-16 game between these two teams. The under has cashed in five of the last seven games between these two from St. Louis.

There should be a ton of field goals in this game as well from the dome. I could see St. Louis only getting into the endzone once, and if that’s truly the case, the number of touchdowns should not exceed 4. The Niners’ offense hasn’t exactly been looking great recently, but if their defense and running game come to play, it’s going under.

My Pick: ‘Under’ 4.5 TDs (+110)

Touchdowns scored

Frank Gore was reportedly very upset with the play calling last week, and this week I doubt we will see only a few carries for Gore. Gore should get 20+ touches in this game, as the Niners will try and eat clock and keep the ball as long as possible. Gore is this game’s favorite to score a TD, and at only -110, I think the sports betting value is there.

The Rams have not been great against the run so far this season, and over the last two games, the Rams have given up a total of 3 touchdowns to opposing running backs. If the Niners move the ball well in this game, I could see one of the hopefully four touchdowns in this game coming from Gore.

My Pick: Frank Gore (-110)

Colin Kaepernick rushing yards (44.5)

Colin Kaepernick comes into this game with a rushing yards total of 44.5, and I can’t see him going over it. He has gone over 22 yards rushing only once this season, and that was in their blowout loss to the Seahawks, where Kaepernick was going against prevent defense. Needless to say he had plenty of room to run, which should not be the case in tonight’s game.

For this game, I see a closer score, which will likely mean less running from Kaepernick. He did run for over 80 yards a game against the Rams in two games last season, but that was before everyone had tape on him. This season should be different, and I think the Rams will do everything in their power to keep Kaepernick in the pocket. Look for him to have 44 or fewer rushing yards in this game.

My Pick: ‘Under’ 44.5 (-110)
