Tennessee's been looking towards 2016 for a while now. New England stopped a two-game skid to regain the top spot in the AFC, but they're still getting hit by injuries going into this game.

***Titans vs. Patriots ATS Pick***

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -14 -110 at Pinnacle
The Patriots opened up as 14-point favorites on the NFL odds at home and the line won't go any lower than that. The Patriots got TE Rob Gronkowski back and their offense looked much better in a 28-7 win at Houston. The hunt for homefield advantage throughout the playoffs is back on, which means they have a lot to play for and that is bad news for the Titans. After an exciting win over Jacksonville, the Titans fell back to earth in a 30-8 loss to teh New York Jets, although rookie QB Marcus Mariota continues to play well despite terrible circumstances. He caught a 41-yard touchdown pass through some trickery and threw for 274 yards, but he had no touchdowns and a pick and the fact is, the team around him isn't that great. The numbers predict a rout as the Patriots are third in yards gained and points scored, while the Titans are 29th and 27th in the same categories. Defensively, the Patriots are sixth and eighth in yards allowed and points allowed; the Titans are 13th and 23rd. How long can their defense hold out?

For the Titans, LB Derrick Morgan (shoulder) and RB Dexter McCluster (wrist) are gone for the season on injured reserve. WR Kendall Wright didn't practice on Wednesday because of his ribs, so don't expect the Titans to rush him.

The Patriots added RB LaGarrette Blount to the injured-reserve list for his hip, while DT Dominique Easley joined him because of his thigh. WR Danny Amendola should play through a knee injury, while WR Julian Edelman returned to practice following his foot injury. S Devin McCourty, however, might be out until the playoffs with a high-ankle sprain.

The Titans are 4-8-1 ATS this season, going 2-4-1 ATS at home, while New England is 6-4-3 ATS and 3-1-3 ATS at home. The total is set at 47, and the Titans have gone over six times with a push, while the Patriots have gone over seven times.

The Patriots are 6-2 SU (five wins in a row) and 5-2 ATS in seven meetings with the Titans, who are 0-3 SU and 1-2 ATS in New England.
