For the new NFL season, we are adding a new series of articles that we hope will help you out even more. As always, we will look to gain an advantage for our NFL Picks by tracking our capper's records.

We're introducing a new feature for the NFL in 2013.  Here at SBR, we give you more betting previews of upcoming sports action than any other website, whether it be football, baseball, basketball, soccer, hockey, or even boxing and rugby. Hopefully you enjoy the service we provide in helping you handicap.

Staying Accountable

We will be tracking the performances of our handicappers this NFL season, with a weekly report card getting released for your reading pleasure.

It's always helpful to know who's hot and who's not and now you'll be able to have that in your back pocket. Each handicapper will have their personal record displayed and we'll be doing a weekly summary with all of the results. Sound good?

Other Useful Tools

Our Week 1 NFL picks haven't been released on the site just yet, but there's still a lot of research that can be done and SBR has been busy in that regard.

Whether it be Week 1 betting trends or tips and strategies for betting on underdogs, both compiled by Jordan Sharp, or looking over the best ATS teams from 2012, written by yours truly, there's always something to read to help you prepare your sports picks

Jeff Grant has broken down the strength of schedules for every team in 2013/14, while Jordan has taken a look at the key numbers in football betting. Of course, what would offseason coverage be without a preview of the top Super Bowl contenders? We've got you covered.

Week 1 Look-Ahead

Not the worst way to kick off the season, right? Thursday Night Football features Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos at home to the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens. The Broncos are favored by as many as 10 points at the sportsbooks.

Other heavy chalk on the board: the New England Patrios (-10.5) on the road against the Buffalo Bills, and the Indianapolis Colts (-10) at home to the Oakland Raiders.

Football fans should be pumped for San Francisco/Green Bay and New Orleans/Atlanta as well, games that are sure to attract a lot of NFL betting interest during the opening week.

Our Week 1 picks will start to be made public shortly, so keep checking back with SBR to get your NFL betting odds information fix.
