Join us as we go through each and every game on week 14's NFL odds board, analyse the matchups and serve up our choice NFL picks for SU winners.

NFL Betting Recap Week 13 SU Picks
Week 13 saw us go 10-6 with our NFL picks to improve our tally to 69-46-1 through the last eight weeks. The Eagles came through for us as the +155 road underdogs as did the Broncos as the nominal -130 road favourites amongst several others. Some of our misses included the Giants, Steelers and Niners, to name a few. Oh la, predicting games is never a full proof exercise. So looking ahead to the coming week, we're striving for another positive turnout.

Cowboys -200 vs. Bears +170
At the worst time possible, the Cowboys played their worst game of the season. The 33-10 loss to the Eagles not only cost them top spot in the NFC East but could potentially cost them a place in the playoffs. Bears, meanwhile, are after a 34-17 loss to the Lions marking their sixth loss to a winning team this season. Bears are 5-7 SU and for the time being out of the playoff conversation. It would take a remarkable turnaround to salvage those lofty hopes. Bears have won two straight at home in recent weeks, turning around a 0-3 SU start at Soldier Field. But those wins came against NFL weaklings this season. Beating the Cowboys, who are itching to rejuvenate their playoff bid, is going to be a big ask. Cowboys are 5-0 SU on the road this season, outscoring opponents 152-to-109 for an 8.6-point margin of victory.

Free NFL Pick: Cowboys -200

Ravens +125 vs. Dolphins -145
With the season hurtling towards the finish line, it comes down to which teams can withstand the pressure. Baltimore Ravens are tried, tested and true. Miami Dolphins are mired in the maturation process behind their best quarterback since their heyday. Both teams are stuck between a rock and a hard place, to borrow a familiar adage. Ravens are mired in an extremely competitive AFC North division while the Dolphins play second fiddle to perennial champions Patriots. The pressure is on in what is a must-win game for both sides. Ravens are coming off a disappointing loss to the Chargers while the Dolphins struggled to beat the Jets on Monday Night Football betting. It's a tossup in many way. If this game was earlier in the season, we'd like the Dolphins SU. Seeing as it's down to the wire and Ryan Tannehill is still an unproven entity at this level (give him another year), we're hanging our hat on the experience of Joe Flacco to lead the Ravens to a pivotal road win.

Free NFL Pick: Ravens +125

Panthers +375 vs. Saints -500
Saints may be after a three-game losing stretch at home, but we can all agree that is an anomaly where they are concerned. Overall, they are 11-3 SU at home since 2013 with an 11.3-point margin of victory. They may be just 3-3 SU this season, but they have a win over the Green Bay Packers on their season's resume. Carolina Panthers, meanwhile, are riding a six-game losing streak. Nothing about their recent form suggests they are ready to mastermind an upset at the Superdome.

Free NFL Pick: Saints -500

Texans -240 vs. Jaguars +200
Houston Texans bounced back with a big 45-21 win over the Titans in week 13 NFL betting, a game that saw Ryan Fitzpatrick enjoy a renaissance and a career high performance with six touchdowns. Jaguars may have beaten the Giants last week, but it's debatable whether they won that game well and truly or whether the Giants simply lost it. Put another way, two wins in a row by the Jaguars  who are 3-9 SU since 2013 and 4-16 since 2013 is a bit of a departure from glaring recent NFL betting trends.

Free NFL Pick:Texans -240

Colts -200 vs. Browns +170
Indianapolis Colts take an 8-4 SU record into their clash with the Browns, which includes a 3-2 SU record on the road and a 6-3 SU record against Conference rivals. Browns are 7-5 SU overall, 4-2 SU at home and 4-5 SU against Conference rivals. Colts are riding a two-game winning streak, which sends them into this clash on a wave of optimism. Browns have proven to be a tough nut to crack at home this season, not a side to be taken lightly. That said, do you really want to bet against Andrew Luck? Take the Colts on your NFL picks to win SU at home in a close contest with the plucky Browns.

Free NFL Pick: Colts -500

Giants -120 vs. Titans +100
It's hardly surprising that bookies have rolled out a tight NFL betting line for this game. Giants are riding a horrendous seven-game skid, extended by a shocking 25-24 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars in week 13 NFL betting. Titans, meanwhile, are riding a six-game losing skid. It's a choice between the inept vs. inept this season. It's a complete tossup in more ways than one. Still, one has to believe the Giants have some pride left on the season to at least win a game they should be winning.

Free NFL Pick: Giants -120

Jets +215 vs. Vikings -260
Vikings have been a safe NFL pick against lesser teams this season. They are 5-7 SU on the season,3-3 SU at home with wins over Atlanta, Washington and Carolina. Jets, meanwhile, are 2-10 SU this season and a whopping 0-5 SU on the road, outscored 151-to-62 for a 89-point differential or a 17.8-point margin of defeat.

Free NFL Pick: Vikings -260

Steelers +140 vs. Bengals -160
Steelers haven't lost two in a row this season and they take a 6-2 SU record in their last eight games against the Bengals. What's more, they are 11-2 SU against the Bengals when playing in Cincinnati. Bengals are coming off a less than convincing win over the Bucs in week 13 NFL betting, a game they were rather fortunate to eke out the 14-13 win. Steelers very nearly reversed their game against the Saints only for time to run out as they succumbed to the 35-32 loss. Look for the Steelers to bounce back in this highly important divisional clash on Sunday. Steelers are our value NFL pick as the +140 road underdogs to mastermind the upset and heat up the AFC North race to the playoffs.

Free NFL Pick: Steelers +140

Rams -150 vs. Redskins +130
St. Louis Rams aren't getting the respect they have earned in recent weeks. To beat the Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers in the same season is no mean feat. What's more, they are after a huge 52-0 win over the Raiders. Redskins have done absolutely nothing to warrant their watered down +130 NFL odds. Hence, the Rams loom as the value NFL pick.

Free NFL Pick: Rams -150

Bucs +375 vs. Lions -500
Lions have to win this game if they hope to keep their playoff bid alive. They are a game behind divisional leaders Green Bay Packers with an 8-4 SU record, 5-1 SU at home. The Bucs are just a shambles this season. Lions have the momentum behind a big win over the Bears on Thursday Night Football betting and they'll look to extend that momentum against the hapless Bucs that are just 2-10 SU this season.

Free NFL Pick: Lions -500

Bills +425 vs. Broncos -550
Do you really want to bet against the Broncos at home on your NFL picks. They are 22-3-0 SU with a 142-point margin of victory since the Peyton Manning era began. Need we say more?

Free NFL Pick: Broncos -550

Chiefs -105 vs. Cardinals -115
Kansas City Chiefs dropped the ball in their last two games, slipping to third place in the highly competitive AFC West division. The loss to the Denver Broncos was to be expected, but the loss to the Raiders a fortnight ago is now looking like a costly blunder. Still, they have four games left on the season and with the Chargers facing off against the Patriots, they have an opportunity to draw level at least with San Diego (assuming the Chargers falter in week 14 NFL betting). Arizona Cardinals have also stuttered to back-to-back defeats in their last two games. Similarly, the loss to the Seahawks could have been expected, but the loss to the struggling Falcons last week was their missed opportunity.

Bookies are certainly splitting hairs with this clash as both are matched on the short side of even money. So which side of the coin is the smart NFL pick? If NFL is quarterback centric, surely, it's with the better quarterback.

Free NFL Pick: Chiefs -105

Seahawks -105 vs. Eagles -115
The clash between the Seahawks and Eagles is shaping up to be a must-see game on Sunday's NFL betting menu. Fittingly, it's delicately set on a tight NFL betting line with both teams on the short side of even money, suggesting it could go either way. Public money coming down the wire is heavily invested in the Seahawks, for good reason. They are after back-to-back 19-3 wins over divisional foes Cardinals and Niners, seemingly finding form at this late juncture of the season. There's also the fact that Mark Sanchez is at the helm of the Eagles. He's after a statement-making win over the Cowboys on the road, leading the Eagles to a 33-10 win as the 3-point road underdogs. But it wasn't long ago when he was laughed out of New York Jets' camp in favour of Geno Smith. Sanchez is yet to prove himself against the likes of the Seattle Seahawks. The obvious NFL pick does seem to be the Seattle Seahawks, but we're resolved to go out on a limb. Call it a hunch. It's a road game. Out East where the weather is going to be a lot chillier than the Seahawks are used to and the Eagles have home advantage where they are 6-0 SU this season with a 16-point margin of victory.

Free NFL Pick: Eagles -115

Niners -425 vs. Raiders +325
If the San Francisco 49ers want to make it into the playoffs they must beat the one-hit wonders on the road in week 14 NFL betting. Niners haven't impressed this season but they are the correct favourites to win outright. It might be too much money to lay on the Niners, all things being considered. Considering the Raiders are 1-11 SU this season with a 13.4-point margin of defeat (the worst this season) and 5-23 SU since 2013 with a 10.4-point margin of defeat, the Niners have to clinch the all-important, potentially season-saving W.

Free NFL Pick: Niners -425

Patriots -180 vs. Chargers +160
Patriots lost last week to the hot Packers, not that you'd notice the impact on the NFL odds board. They descend on the San Diego Chargers as the firm road favourites at -180 or thereabouts depending on your sports betting exchange of choice. Chargers may be after a win over the Baltimore Ravens, a legitimate win if ever there was one against a quality team. But it's their first win over a quality side since September. Bookies and pundits alike clearly aren't ready to buy what they are selling.

Free NFL Pick: Patriots -180

Falcons +475 vs. Packers -650
Colour the world shocked if the Falcons pull off the upset at Lambeau. Aaron Rodgers is unbeatable at home in 16 straight games, a frightening run of form. Packers are also 6-0 SU this season with a 23.2-point margin of defeat. One could wax lyrical forever about Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. Suffice it to say, Packers to win SU at home at the expense of the Falcons has to be the only reasonable NFL pick.

Free NFL Pick: Packers -650
