Solid results on Week 12 Bovada NFL special odds, as I hit on Browns receiver Josh Gordon not scoring a TD (missed 'under' catches and yards) as well as 'under' rushes and yards on Patriots RB Jonas Gray, who didn't even play. Your Week 13 specials:

Which team will have more wins in the regular season: Eagles or 76ers?
Love, love this prop! The Sixers are -200 favorites with the Eagles at +150. Of course the record for the fewest wins in an 82-game NBA regular season is nine by the 1972-73 76ers. This year's version entered Wednesday's home game at 0-14. If Philly doesn't win that, you are probably looking at minimum a 0-18 start, which would tie the worst opening in league history. Game No. 19 might be winnable at home against injury-decimated Oklahoma City. The Eagles enter Thursday's game in Dallas with eight wins. Remaining schedule: vs. Seattle, vs. Dallas, at Washington, at NY Giants. So you have to assume at least 10 wins, in my opinion. Can the 76ers win 11?

NFL free  pick: 76ers. They are going to get some disinterested teams in the second of a back-to-back and win that way. Or coaches may rest tired/beaten up stars vs. Philly expecting a win with backups. I look for a 12-70 record at sportsbooks.

Who will finish the season with a worse record: Jacksonville or Oakland?
The Jaguars are -200 favorites and Raiders +150 on NFL odds. I don't get those numbers at all. Both teams have one win. True, the Jaguars have looked awful in their four-game losing streak, each coming by at least 10 points. But here's Jacksonville's remaining schedule: vs. NY Giants (Sunday), vs. Houston, at Baltimore, vs. Tennessee, at Houston. The Jags could win all of those but in Baltimore. The Giants have quit. The Titans are starting a sixth-round rookie QB, and Houston might turn to fourth-round rookie QB Tom Savage soon now that Ryan Mallett is done for the year. Oakland's schedule: at St. Louis (Sunday), vs.  San Francisco, at Kansas City, vs. Buffalo, at Denver. I see only one realistic win: the Bills. Denver may have to give full effort in Week 17 to get a top-two seed now.

NFL free pick: Oakland. Raiders don't win again and get No. 1 overall pick.

Will Odell Beckham Jr. make a one-handed catch in Week 13?
No is -1500 and yes is +700. Of course Beckham, the Giants' rookie, made perhaps the most spectacular catch in NFL regular-season history -- at least the history recorded on film -- in Sunday night's loss to Dallas. I'm sure you have seen it 10 times by now. There of course are qualifiers here. His other hand can't touch the ball at all in the game against Jacksonville. I could definitely see Beckham trying a trick catch in a meaningless game in Jacksonville, but the Jags have pro players too and they don't want to be shown up.

NFL free pick: No, although I hope I'm wrong.
