The New York Giants should have won all three games they've lost in this recent skid, but the reality is that they're 5-7. They're in the Monday night spotlight as they head to Miami.

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: PK -105 at Pinnacle
This NFL odds opened as a pick 'em and moved to -1 for the Dolphins at home, then -2. Then it moved back to a pick 'em to -1.5 for the Giants on the road, and as of Thursday it is -1 for the Giants. New York are still in the NFC East race because that division is terrible, but they should be running away with it. A 23-20 loss to the Jets was their fifth loss in which they let a fourth-quarter lead go to waste, and if they don't make the playoffs, the Giants might have to cut ties with head coach Tom Coughlin. The Dolphins beat Baltimore 15-13, but they need a lot to go right to stay in the playoff hunt in the AFC. Miami's offense wasn't very good against the Ravens, but their defense picked off Matt Schaub twice, returning one for a score. It might need to be just as good against the Giants, which has shown that they can put up points quickly.

The Giants have put TE Larry Donnell (neck) and LB Zak DeOssie (wrist) on the injured-reserve list, which means they're gone for the season. T Ereck Flowers has a high-ankle sprain and didn't practice on Thursday. Neither did LB Devon Kennard, who has a bad hamstring and a foot injury. Neither look like they'll be ready for Monday.

For the Dolphins, WR Rishard Matthews has issues with his ribs and chest, and he is doubtful to start on Monday. RT Ja'wuan James was limited by a toe injury, but DT Earl Mitchell is back from a calf injury.

The Giants are 6-5-1 ATS this season, going 3-2-1 ATS on the road, while the Dolphins are 4-8 ATS and 1-4 ATS at home. The total is set for 46.5, and the Giants have gone over seven times; Miami has gone over six times.

New York is 5-1 SU and 3-3 ATS in six meetings with the Dolphins since 1990, going 3-0 SU and 2-1 ATS in Miami.
