The Washington Football Team will try to keep rolling when it takes on the Seattle Seahawks on Monday. Read on for our top Monday Night Football prop picks.

The Washington Football has reignited its season after winning two straight games. The club is finally starting to reach its potential, and there's still a faint chance Washington could reach the playoffs.

The situation in Seattle is a lot bleaker. The Seahawks have lost five of their last six games, leaving them 3-7 this season. Russell Wilson has looked rusty over his last two contests – a 17-0 defeat to the Packers and a 23-13 loss to the Cardinals. Seattle has never lost three straight during the Wilson era. Can he keep that record going on Monday?

Here are my top Monday Night Football prop picks for the matchup between the Seahawks and Washington (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence is based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Top Monday Night Football Prop Picks

Monday Night Football Prop Picks

Seahawks Over 2.5 touchdowns (-116)

A finger injury derailed Wilson’s season, and he's been struggling to galvanize his team since returning to the fold.

But he's been back for two games and should improve during this prime-time matchup. That could spell bad news for a Washington pass defense that ranks 30th in DVOA.

This is a must-win game for the Seahawks to maintain a shot at a wild-card position, so we should see much more urgency and aggression from them on Monday. Seattle averages 2.4 touchdowns per game, an average that's tumbled after poor performances over the last two weeks. But three touchdowns is a realistic target against a Washington squad that allows 3.2 per game.

Wilson Over 241.5 yards (-114)

It's time to let Russ cook.

Running back Chris Carson suffered a season-ending injury, so rushing options are limited. Wilson should therefore get plenty of passing opportunities in this game. He gets support from two dangerous weapons in DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett, who will cause plenty of problems for a poor Washington secondary.

Wilson has managed 223.4 passing yards per game this season, but his post-injury form has dragged that down. He remains one of the league's best passers, and he should reinforce that reputation on Monday night. Take the Over in our Monday Night Football prop picks.

Metcalf to score a touchdown (+110)

Metcalf has produced a franchise-high eight receiving touchdowns this season, but none over his last two games.

He scored at least one TD in six of his previous eight appearances, and he'll likely make a significant play on Monday. Metcalf could be a major beneficiary if Seattle asks Wilson to pass more during this crucial game for the Seahawks. The anytime touchdown scorer odds on him are appealing against a team that ranks 29th in TDs allowed.
