Steelers First to 25 points
I’ll start this and preface by saying that I think last week was a bit fluky for the Steelers. The Jets are a great defensive team, and they proved it against the Steelers last week in New York. I’ll be the first to admit that the Steelers have also been shaky on the road this season, but this week against one of the weaker defenses in the NFL, I think the Steelers will get back to dropping plenty of points. If indeed they are able to do that, the Steelers getting to 25 points before the Titans seems like a great bet. The Steelers’ team total is right around 25-26 points depending on which book you look at, but an over bet on the total for the Steelers will likely only net NFL Odds of -110 at best. However at bet365, if you wager that the Steelers will get to 25 points before the Titans, the odds are +120.

My Free NFL Props Pick: Steelers 1st to 25 points (+120)

Free Picks for tonight's Steelers vs. Titans Spread

LeGarrette Blount TD Scored
This is by far my biggest long shot of the week, but I have some logic behind it regardless of whether it’s somewhat risky. The Titans are one of the worst rushing defenses in the NFL. They give up over 135 rushing yards per game this season, and they’ve given up 12 touchdowns to opposing running backs this season. While Le’Veon Bell has been receiving more touches in the Steelers’ backfield, the short yardage work still goes to Blount. While he hasn’t been doing much in that role recently, that could change against one of the league’s worst rush defenses. He only has two touchdowns this season, but Bell only has three, and while the Steelers do throw a lot in the red zone, I see Blount getting at least one or two chances at getting into the end zone. The NFL odds are amazing at +220, and it’s a nice gamble if you only wager a unit or two.

My Free NFL Props Pick: Blount TD Scored (+220)

Betting for tonight's Steelers vs. Titans Over/Under

Team to Win Both Halves
My slew of Steelers Monday Night Football prop bets continues with Pittsburgh to win both halves. I think it’s a great wager considering that the Titans’ offense still has little upside with rookie, Zach Mettenberger starting. The Titans have failed to score more than 17 points in their last four games in a row, and this season, they have failed to go over 17 points in seven of their nine games. While the Steelers didn’t have a great showing last week, they did score about 130 points in their three games prior to Week 10. I’m betting their trip to the Meadowlands was just an anomaly. At +162, bet365 is once again leaving room for some value in this play, and I’m playing the Steelers to win both halves because of it.

My Free NFL Props Pick: Steelers to win both halves (+162)
