Minnesota had their 5-game winning streak come to a screeching halt to Green Bay, but they're still 7-3. They'll face the 6-4 Falcons, who dropped 4 in a row & their last loss might be the worst yet.

The Falcons came out as 2.5-point favorites on the road, but the NFL odds have fallen to -2, then -1, which is where it sits right now. Twice, the Falcons led Indianapolis by two touchdowns, but Matt Hasselbeck powered the Colts back to a 27-24 win. Atlanta won their first six games of the season, but the wheels are starting to fall off and this is a make-or-break game for the Falcons. The Vikings were sailing, but then Green Bay showed them that the road to the NFC North still goes through them. Minnesota fell behind and it was over from there as they're a team that wants to run with Adrian Peterson and use their defense. They're not going to throw for 500 yards and win a shootout, and that is Atlanta's best chance to stop their slide on Sunday at home.

The Vikings don't have any major injuries to report as of Wednesday, although Friday's practice will be a better indication. S Harrison Smith missed a few plays during the Green Bay game with a knee injury, but he shook it off.

The Falcons are awaiting the status of RB Devonta Freeman, who suffered a concussion against the Colts and didn't return. That would be a huge loss for the Falcons as Freeman has been excellent this season and that opens things up for QB Matt Ryan. WR Leonard Hankerson is being bothered by a hamstring problem again, so he might have to return to the sidelines.

The Vikings are one of three teams in the NFL with eight ATS wins as they're 8-2, including 4-1 ATS on the road. The Falcons are 4-6 ATS overall, and 2-3 ATS at home. The total has gone up from 45 to 46, and the Vikings have gone over just once, with a pair of pushes. The Falcons have gone over just twice, and they have a push as well.

The two have split their last 10 meetings SU, while the Falcons have covered five times with a push. In Atlanta, the Falcons are 4-4 SU and 3-3-1 ATS in eight games with the Vikings.
