Will points be hard to come by in London in Week 4 of the NFL season? We've broken down the NFL odds and think we've found the right way to go with our picks.

Odds Overview
We're not looking over the ATS numbers closely here, but if you're interested, we've got tons of great NFL picks on our homepage, including one for this very game. The NFL odds are extremely tight, with some sites having a PK available, with others showing Miami barely favored by a point or point and a half.

As for the total, we see 42.5 on the board, one of the lowest numbers out there for the Week 4. Both of these teams have a lot of talent on the defensive end of the ball, so we're not surprised by that number. Keep checking back with to see if there's any further movement until the early kickoff on Sunday morning.

Miami Dolphins
After shutting down Kirk Cousins and the Redskins 17-10 in Week 1, the defense has struggled over the last two weeks. First Miami fell 23-20 on the road against the Jaguars, in a game they were firm favorites in, It got even worse this past weekend though, with the Dolphins getting blown out 41-14 versus the Bills. Making matters worse? They were the home team.

Yes, it was that bad for the Dolphins, as they couldn't stop Tyrod Taylor and company from doing whatever they wanted. We get that Buffalo has made a lot of improvements to their offensive personnel, but it's still unacceptable for Miami to get torn apart like that in front of their own fans.

Needless to say, you'd think the Dolphins are going to be as motivated as ever to redeem themselves and put on a much better defensive performance. It helps that they'll take on the Jets, who don't exactly strike fear in opponents.

New York Jets
The Jets have enjoyed a solid start to their season. They dominated defensively in a 31-10 home win over Cleveland and then followed that up with a 20-7 road win over Indianapolis, in what was one of the most impressive (and surprising) victories of the young NFL season so far.

Last week was a different story, though, as New York could never find their footing en route to a 24-17 home loss to an Eagles team that was missing starting running back DeMarco Murray.

All in all, this Jets offense isn't the most dangerous out there, but they do have a true number one receiver in Brandon Marshall, and Ryan Fitzpatrick has done a nice job managing the offense and limiting mistakes. The running game has been productive at times too. That said, it's the defense that should get most of the plaudits, starting with shutdown corner Darrelle Revis, who's returned to the Jets over the offseason and has picked up right where he left off.

O/U Pick
This is a very low total in the grand scheme of things, yet we still think the UNDER has a great chance of hitting.

Tannehill has a lot of talent and has some nice weapons surrounding him, but the offense just isn't clicking right now, and now they have to face one of the best defenses from top to bottom in the league. Likewise, the Dolphins have underperformed, but they also have a lot of talent on that side of the ball, namely Ndamukong Suh.

These games in London are often low-scoring and we see that trend continuing this time around too. We'll stay away from Tannehill and Fitzpatrick and instead side with Suh, Revis and two very capable defenses to show up at Wembley for one of our NFL picks
