Jacksonville ran into the New England juggernaut, & now they're heading to Indianapolis to face what has to be an angry Colts team. We preview the betting odds inside as we search for value bets.

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -8.5 +100 at Pinnacle
This NFL odds opened at -8.5 for the Colts and has stayed there for now, although it wouldn't be a shock to see it creep closer to double digits by the time that kickoff rolls around. The Colts' start to the season has been one of the most baffling things about the NFL so far, while the Jaguars were actually playing well (for them) before they went to New England and got ran off the field.

Injuries
DBs Davon House (foot) and Josh Evans (knee) probably won't play in this game, while RBs Denard Robinson (knee) and Toby Gerhart (abdomen) are hurt. Robinson is unlikely to play, while Gerhart played through the pain against the Patriots and probably should have just sat out

DE Trent Cole missed the Tennessee game because of a knee injury, so he'll be one to watch leading up to kickoff, while TE Dwayne Allen is dealing with an ankle problem and also didn't play against the Titans. The Colts don't have any injuries on the offensive line, which would at least give them an excuse for how bad they have been, but Andrew Luck also needs to learn to throw the ball away and not try to force things.

Trends
The Jaguars have actually been good ATS as of late, going 4-2 in their last six, although it is a record of 7-13-2 when you stretch it out. The Colts are 1-4 ATS in their last five, but they're 6-3-1 ATS in their last 10 at home. The Jaguars have been brutal on the road SU, going 3-17 in their last 20 and losing their last 10, but at least they're 7-12-1 ATS during that time.

The Colts are 6-4 both SU and ATS in their last 10 against the Jaguars, winning and covering in their last five meetings. In Indianapolis, the Jaguars are 3-7 SU in their last 10, but 6-4 ATS. Seven of those 10 in Indy have fallen under the posted total.
