Jags & Ravens are both 2-6 coming into this Week 10 betting affair, but who would have thought that the Jaguars might be the better team? Baltimore will aim to defend their home field on Sunday.

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -6 -110 at Pinnacle
The NFL odds for this game opened at -6 for the Raves at home, then went down to -5.5 before going back to -6. The Jaguars have played much better than expected this season and their last four losses have come by 11 points or less. The Ravens are 29th against the pass this season and Blake Bortles hasn't been awful for the Jaguars. Over the last month, Bortles has an average QBR of 97.8 with nine touchdowns and two interceptions, and has looked like a legit quarterback. The Ravens are coming off a win over San Diego at home, then they had a bye week. If they're going to make a push for the wild card, it has to start here and they have enough veterans that they know what is at stake.

Injuries
The Jaguars have a few concerns going into the second half of the week as LB Dan Skuta (groin), DT Mike Bennett (unknown) and WR Allen Hurns (foot) didn't practice on Wednesday. DE Chris Clemons took a rest day, while WR Marqise Lee got more work as he tries to come back from his hamstring injury. Hurns would be a big loss for the Jaguars as he has caught a touchdown pass in six straight games.

The Ravens have also had their problems when it comes to injuries and TE Dennis Pitta finally went on the injured-reserve list because of his hip. However, DL Brent Urban might come off soon from a biceps injury. C Jeremy Zuttah and TE Crockett Gillmore were both limited in practice because of injuries to their shoulder.

Trends
The Jaguars are 4-4 ATS in eight games this season, going 2-2 ATS at home. The Ravens are 1-6-1 ATS, and they haven't covered in three home games. The total has gone down from 49 to 48, and the Jaguars have gone over six times this season, while the Ravens have gone over five times.

The Ravens are 8-2 SU and 4-4-2 ATS in 10 meetings with Jacksonville since 2000. The Jaguars are 4-6 SU and 5-4-1 ATS in 10 trips to Baltimore.
