The Minnesota Vikings have faced accusations of fraudulence throughout their impressive season. Can they nip those claims in the bud by handling their business on Wild Card Weekend against the New York Giants? Here are our top Giants vs. Vikings SGP picks based on the top NFL odds.

Although the Vikings (13-4) put together a tremendous season to claim the NFC North crown, it would be hard to argue against luck being a major factor in their success. Minnesota finished an almost-incomprehensible 11-0 in one-score games this season.

The Giants (9-7-1) know a thing or two about playing in closely contested games this season, too, finishing 8-4-1 in one-score affairs. In the biggest game of Daniel Jones’ life, can the oft-maligned quarterback put New York in a position to extend the NFL’s best road record against the spread?

Here are our best Giants vs. Vikings NFL SGP picks (odds via FanDuel Sportsbook; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

SGP Predictions for Giants vs. Vikings

Giants +3 (-114) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Vikings went 4-5 against the spread in home games this season. Minnesota has been considered fraudulent by many in the football community for its numerous notable rough games and its unsustainable record in one-score contests.

This matchup is a coin flip in every sense of the phrase, as 51% of the money wagered on the spread has been on Minnesota. I like New York given questions about Minnesota’s consistency. The Giants went 6-1 ATS on the road this season.

For the same-game parlay option at DraftKings Sportsbook, the Giants are listed at +2.5 with -105 odds. While those odds are an improvement over the -114 odds at FanDuel, it’s difficult to willingly give up the +3 number there for the less favorable DraftKings line.

Justin Jefferson anytime TD (+115) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jefferson may have completely disappeared for folks in their Week 17 fantasy football championships, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t one of the very best receivers in the game.

If you had Jefferson on your squad the week prior, you were probably satisfied with his 12 receptions for 133 yards and a touchdown in a Christmas Eve game against the Giants. He matched up well against a secondary that ranks 22nd in pass defense DVOA.

FanDuel lists Jefferson’s touchdown prop at +115, which trumps the +105 odds offered by DraftKings. Jefferson has scored touchdowns in only seven of 17 games this season, so putting him at plus-money to do so makes sense here.

If the line were to drop to even odds (it fell overnight Saturday from +120 to +105 at DraftKings), it would be reduced to a three-star recommendation.

Saquon Barkley anytime TD (-130) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Like Jefferson, Barkley also found paydirt in the Christmas Eve matchup between the Giants and Vikings. The 25-year-old rusher has scored a touchdown in 10 different games this season.

He’s the option you circle when New York gets inside the 5-yard line, as Barkley ranks fifth in the NFL with seven rushing TDs from inside the five. The Vikings have the 19th-ranked rush defense DVOA and have allowed 18 rushing touchdowns on the season. Unless Daniel Jones scampers for one, it’s a pretty safe bet to assume that if Minnesota allows a touchdown on the ground, it will be Barkley scoring it.

This time, DraftKings provides the more favorable odds on a prop, listing Barkley at -115 to find the end zone. FanDuel has the New York running back at -130. Though that edge pushes the combined odds on the DraftKings parlay to +600, slightly more attractive than FanDuel’s +580, we’re riding at FanDuel because of the difference between +3 and +2.5 on the point spread.
