The NFL regular season starts in less than 3 months so we made early projections for all 32 teams to help you find value for your NFL picks on their season win totals.

The regular season starts on September 8, but you can check the NFL odds and start betting on NFL futures at Bovada. This sportsbook already offers a list of season win totals for each team and there's plenty of money to be made with your NFL picks.

The Carolina Panthers, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots, Pittsburgh Steelers and Seattle Seahawks lead the way with 10.5 wins, while the Cleveland Browns are at the bottom with 4.5 projected wins. Where's the value?

Here is the full list of win totals from Bovada:
Arizona Cardinals: 9.5
Atlanta Falcons: 7.5
Baltimore Ravens: 8.5
Buffalo Bills: 8
Carolina Panthers: 10.5
Chicago Bears: 7.5
Cincinnati Bengals: 9.5
Cleveland Browns: 4.5
Dallas Cowboys: 9.5
Denver Broncos: 9
Detroit Lions: 7
Green Bay Packers: 10.5
Houston Texans: 8.5
Indianapolis Colts: 9.5
Jacksonville Jaguars: 7.5
Kansas City Chiefs: 9.5
Los Angeles Rams: 7.5
Miami Dolphins: 7
Minnesota Vikings: 9.5
New England Patriots: 10.5
New Orleans Saints: 7
New York Giants: 8
New York Jets: 8
Oakland Raiders: 8.5
Philadelphia Eagles: 7
Pittsburgh Steelers: 10.5
San Diego Chargers: 7
San Francisco 49ers: 5.5
Seattle Seahawks: 10.5
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 7.5
Tennessee Titans: 5.5
Washington Redskins: 7.5

Here are the team-by-team predictions for season win totals:

American Football Conference

AFC East
Buffalo Bills (8)
The Bills did great in the NFL Draft, improving their defense significantly with Shaq Lawson and Reggie Ragland. Their quarterback situation could be an issue, since Tyrod Taylor won’t play happy for a low amount of money, which means that it will be up to EJ Manuel and Cardale Jones, two unproven signal-callers. Sammy Watkins is a star wide receiver, but he needs help. Their defense will be fine but their offense has some question marks.

NFL Pick: Under 8 wins

Miami Dolphins (7)
Adding Adam Gase as coach and drafting Laremy Tunsil are moves that can take this team in the right direction. Their defense has potential if all goes well and Ryan Tannehill will play better under Gase. With DeVante Parker, Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills and Jordan Cameron as weapons, I like the Dolphins to win at least at 8 games.

NFL Pick: Over 7 wins

New England Patriots (10.5)
Even with Tom Brady’s potential four-game suspension, the Patriots can win at least 11 games. New England will have Brady for 12 games, so they can at least go 9-3 with him based on their schedule and if they can go 2-2 or 3-1 against the Cardinals, Dolphins, Texans and Bills with Jimmy Garropolo as their quarterback, then 11, 12 games is a lock. Also keep in mind that Brady could still play.

NFL Pick: Over 10.5 wins

New York Jets (8)
The Jets still don't know who will be under center for them when the regular season starts. If Ryan Fitzpatrick returns I would consider taking Over 8 wins. For now, it's between Geno Smith, Bryce Petty (who has improved at the OTAs) and Christian Hackenberg. In my opinion, if Smith and Hackenberg have to play, the under is a lock. Muhammad Wilkerson's contract status could turn into a cause for concern for their defensive line and their schedule is tough with four of six on the road to start the season. Matt Forte can have a solid year but Chris Ivory will be missed.

NFL Pick: Under 8 wins

AFC North
Baltimore Ravens (8.5)

The Ravens had a bad year but I expect a better performance next season. Steve Smith will return but Breshad Perriman's knee injury could cost him the season and hurt the vertical explosion of this offense. Never count out Joe Flacco but getting 9 wins will be even harder if the offense doesn't step up big time. I'm leaning under.

NFL Pick: Under 8.5 wins

Cincinnati Bengals (9.5)
The Bengals have to find a way to deal with the loss of their viable second wide receiver Marvin Jones and offensive coordinator Hue Jackson, which is concerning when it comes to the development of Andy Dalton. Their schedule isn't easy and getting 10 wins will be tough since they have four games against the Steelers and Ravens.

NFL Pick: Under 8.5 wins

Cleveland Browns (4.5)
Are the Browns that bad? Cleveland has averaged 5 wins per season over the last 13 years and their roster is not good. Still, Robert Griffin III will have a solid season and surprise many experts and fans and Corey Coleman can compete for Rookie of the Year. The defense has some intriguing pieces  but this team is in rebuild mode. The future could be bright but as far as next season, they will likely go 3-13 or 4-12.

NFL Pick: Under 4.5 wins

Pittsburgh Steelers (10.5)
Even with Martavis Bryant's suspension, the Steelers are a decent pick to win the Super Bowl. They improved their defense and offensive line with the draft and those players will develop their talent quickly. Ben Roethlisberger is still playing at a high-level, Antonio Brown has been unstoppable and Le'Veon Bell will keep getting better. The Steelers could have the most explosive offense in the league and I won't bet against them.

NFL Pick: Over 10.5 wins

AFC South
Houston Texans (8.5)
The Texans have won 9 games each of the last two seasons and now their offense will have Brock Osweiler, Lamar Miller, Will Fuller and Braxton Miller. Sure, getting used to a new scheme could take time, but Bill O’Brien knows how to work with an offense and this team is loaded with talent. I can see Houston stealing the AFC South. Don't forget about J.J. Watt is on defense.

NFL Pick: Over 8.5 wins

Indianapolis Colts (9.5)
Andrew Luck staying healthy is extremely important for their success. This division has improved and their defense hasn't. I see the Colts as a 9-win team, which is not bad and is consistent with the level of play they have displayed over the past few years. This division is no longer terrible, so I'll take the under.

NFL Pick: Under 9.5 wins

Jacksonville Jaguars (7.5)
The Jaguars are having a productive offseason. Adding Malik Jackson, Prince Amukamara as free agents and drafting Jalen Ramsey and Myles Jack makes me think that they can take a leap forward next season. If Blake Bortles, Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns continue to progress, look out. Getting a .500 record is a real possibility. Over 7.5 is a great play.

NFL Pick: Over 7.5 wins

Tennessee Titans (5.5)
This team has made an effort to get better soon. Derrick Henry and Jack Conklin are solid draft picks and DeMarco Murray has enough talent to shine and come back to his best days. Marcus Mariota is a future star quarterback but their tough schedule and playing in an improved division mean that growing pains are ahead. I see them winning 5 games, so I'll take under 5.5.

NFL Pick: Under 5.5 wins

AFC West
Denver Broncos (9)

It's hard to know what to make of the Broncos. Signing Mark Sanchez to replace Peyton Manning before drafting Paxton Lynch late in the first round are bold moves. Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders will make any of them a much better quarterback in this offense than people think. Despite some departures, their defense remains stacked with DeMarcus Ware, Von Miller and the best secondary in the league. C.J. Anderson will play better as well. The defending champions are a bit underrated and 10 wins are possible.

NFL Pick: Over 10 wins

Kansas City Chiefs (9.5)
Expecting at least a 10-6 record might be too much but they can benefit from a bad schedule. Adding Mitchell Schwartz in free agency doesn't hurt either and their defense can still be strong, even without Sean Smith. Alex Smith and the team's running backs are a dangerous combination. I like them to win 8 or 9 games, so I have to take the under.

NFL Pick: Under 9.5 wins

Oakland Raiders (8.5)
I expect big things from the Raiders after their upgrades in the secondary with Reggie Nelson, Sean Smith and Karl Joseph. Oakland will still have Khalil Mack and Derek Carr will keep getting better. Having Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree as wide receivers only helps. This team has one of the best offensive lines in football. Getting at least 9 wins is extremely likely.

NFL Pick: Over 8.5 wins

San Diego Chargers (7)
Philip Rivers can still be considered one of the elite quarterbacks in the league. He had to deal with the Antonio Gates suspension, Keenan Allen’s kidney scare and Melvin Gordon struggling. This offense will be more efficient and the defense has many pieces that could help them win at least 8 games as part of a relatively weak division.

NFL Pick: Over 7 wins

National Football Conference

NFC East
Dallas Cowboys (9.5)

Taking running back Ezekiel Elliott with their first round pick was a smart move. Elliott, Alfred Morris and Darren McFadden will give the Cowboys a dominant running game. Elliott can help make Tony Romo better because he can keep him healthy. Their defense will also improve because he will limit the time of possession and Dez Bryant will be back. Expecting 10 wins is a lot but the risk is worth it.

NFL Pick: Over 9.5 wins

New York Giants (8)
The Giants also had a busy offseason and many people like their chances to win this division. Janoris Jenkins and Olivier Vernon are huge free agent additions, Odell Beckham Jr. will deliver as usual and Eli Manning will have more protection. This team will be better than it was last season and I like them win at least 8 games.

NFL Pick: Over 8 wins

Philadelphia Eagles (7)
Sam Bradford isn't happy... that's not a secret... so there are huge questions marks regarding how he will behave if he stays with the team. Are Chase Daniel or rookie Carson Wentz ready to take over if necessary? Wentz can be a star in time but this team will not win more than 8 games. That said, it's enough to take the under as online sportsbooks have underestimated them.

NFL Pick: Over 7 wins

Washington Redskins (7.5)
Losing Alfred Morris will hurt this team. Right now, their running backs Matt Jones, Chris Thompson, Keith Marshall raise some questions. Expecting Kirk Cousins to repeat his numbers from last year might be too much, even after adding Josh Doctson, but he has what it takes to be this team's franchise quarterback. Their defense is very tough and they should be favored to win this division over the Cowboys.

NFL Pick: Over 7.5 wins

NFC North
Chicago Bears (7.5)

The Bears improved their defense with the additions of Danny Trevathan and Jerrell Freeman via free agency and Leonard Floyd and Jonathan Bullard in the draft. Can their offense survive Matt Forte's departure? Getting Kevin White back (their first round pick from 2015) and adding Cody Whitehair could help Jay Cutler get back on track.

NFL Pick: Over 7.5 wins

Detroit Lions (7)
Calvin Johnson's surprising retirement makes this team very hard to figure out. Jim Bob Cooter did get the best out of Matthew Stafford at the end of last season but I can't see Marvin Jones and Golden Tate decimating defenses or Ameer Abdullah being the answer at running back. There's a lot of talent on the offensive line and on defense but life after Megatron will be difficult.

NFL Pick: Under 7 wins

Green Bay Packers (10.5)
Aaron Rodgers under center, a healthy Jordy Nelson and a thinner Eddie Lacy makes the Packers more than likely to win at least 10 games. Their schedule isn't tough, their NFC North opponents aren't impossible to beat and if Rodgers is injury-free, this team can go 11-5 and make a deep postseason run.

NFL Pick: Over 10.5 wins

Minnesota Vikings (9.5)
The Vikings are getting a lot of love at 9.5 wins after last year's performance. Their defense is still stacked and the addition of Laquon Treadwell on offense will make them a dangerous team again. That being said, asking for double-digit wins may be too much. Nine wins is a realistic expectation.

NFL Pick: Under 9.5 wins

NFC South
Atlanta Falcons (7.5)

The Falcons have a very tough early schedule. They open the season against the Buccaneers at home, visit the Raiders and the Saints, host the Panthers and then visit the Broncos and the Seahawks. Going 0-6 is not out of the question and then they have home games against the Chargers and the Packers and road games against the Buccaneers and Eagles. They only have six games after their bye week, and four of those at home, but still, winning more than 7 games will be hard.

NFL Pick: Under 7.5 wins

Carolina Panthers (10.5)
The Panthers start the season with the first-ever Super Bowl opening night rematch on Thursday Night Football, but things get much easier in the following weeks up to their Week 7 bye, with games against the 49ers, Vikings, Falcons, Buccaneers and Saints. They do have tough West Coast trips and I can't see them going 15-1 again, despite having retained most of their core from last season. Winning 11 or 12 games is possible so I will take the Over.

NFL Pick: Under 10.5 wins

New Orleans Saints (7)
The Saints have a tough early bye in Week 5 but they did improve their team, mostly on defense. Coby Fleener is an upgrade at tight end but Drew Brees needs more weapons for his offense. Brandin Cooks, Michael Thomas, Brandon Coleman and Willie Snead are capable wideouts but they need to have breakout years. The defense will be better but it's hard to see them as a .500 team in 2016.

NFL Pick: Under 7 wins

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7.5)
The Bucs defense has to get better to give them a chance in this competitive division. I believe that they can step behind talented players like Gerald McCoy and Lavonte David. Jameis Winston will be in better shape and he will keep getting better and the offensive line will have more experienced. Doug Martin and Charles Sims are unique talents and Mike Evans has all the tools to shine as well, so at least 8 wins are not out of the question.

NFL Pick: Over 7.5 wins

NFC West
Arizona Cardinals (9.5)

The Cardinals are one of the most dangerous teams in the NFL but for some reason, they're not getting enough respect. After all, Arizona will be even better with the additions of Chandler Jones and Robert Nkemdiche, which will help bolster the pass rush. Carson Palmer is a proven star and his wide receivers, Larry Fitzgerald, Michael Floyd and John Brown are among the best trios in the league. If David Johnson builds on his rookie season look out. The defense is stout and I expect to win more than 10 games and compete for the Super Bowl.

NFL Pick: Over 9.5 wins

Los Angeles Rams (7.5)
Is moving to Los Angeles and drafting Jared Goff at quarterback enough to turn this franchise around? Goff will be a very good NFL quarterback one day and Todd Gurley and Aaron Donald are amazing talents and the defense is capable of creating turnovers so if Goff is as great as expected, this team will win more than eight games. It's a difficult division but I like them to go 8-8.

NFL Pick: Over 8 wins

San Francisco 49ers (5.5)
Chip Kelly is a good coach but he doesn't have much talent to work with here. Carlos Hyde can shine in Kelly's offense and Torrey Smith could be productive as well but the quarterback situation and their opening schedule are causes for concern. I just don't see how they can win more than five games while rebuilding the team.

NFL Pick: Under 5.5 wins

Seattle Seahawks (10.5)
The Seahawks are favored to win the NFC West and they're tied with the Steelers, Packers and Panthers for the highest win total in the NFL. Unlike last year, the can start the season with relatively easy games against the Dolphins, Rams, 49ers and Jets before their Week 5 bye. This team is loaded with talent and is not hard to see them win at least 11 games.

NFL Pick:  Over 10.5 wins
