The Miami Dolphins are gearing up to take on the Buffalo Bills, and we're unveiling our top NFL player props for the Dolphins vs. Bills matchup in Week 4, backed by the best NFL odds. Can Tua Tagovailoa and the Dolphins' offense sustain their momentum at Highmark Stadium following their remarkable 70-point, 726-yard performance in Week 3?

Bettors are eagerly anticipating the Dolphins' performance in Week 4. However, facing a much stronger team, will they achieve even half as much success?

On the other hand, the Buffalo Bills have showcased their prowess since their Week 1 loss to the New York Jets, averaging 37.5 points per game in their last two outings.

Here are our best Dolphins vs. Bills NFL player props for Week 4 (NFL odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Dolphins vs. Bills NFL player props: Week 4

Dolphins vs. Bills NFL player props

James Cook Over 58.5 rushing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Dolphins’ offensive players received most of the attention in the build-up to this game. Yet, the running back who may have the best game Sunday is Bills rusher James Cook. Cook rushed for 221 yards in his last two matchups and averaged more than 6.5 yards per carry.

After giving up 233 rushing yards in Week 1, the Dolphins haven’t allowed 100 rushing yards per game. Yet, their run defense hasn’t gotten better; teams have just been playing from behind against them. This contest will be tight from start to finish, and the Bills will do everything they can to keep the Dolphins off the field.

Tyreek Hill Over 87.5 receiving yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐

Since joining the Dolphins, wide receiver Tyreek Hill hasn't put up good performances against Buffalo. In his three matchups last year, he went for 69 yards twice and just 33 in the other meeting. Also, the Bills did a great job of preventing the big play. In his two 69-yard performances, Hill averaged less than 10 yards per catch. He did that only one other time all season.

Yet, we’re throwing history out for Sunday’s game. The Dolphins are using motion to get Hill open before the play even starts, and it's led to massive production. Hill has 412 yards this year, including 157 in last week’s blowout win.

We did see him struggle for 40 yards against the New England Patriots, so there's always the chance the Bills keep him in check. However, with fellow wideout Jaylen Waddle back, the Bills have so many weapons to worry about that they can’t focus all their attention on Hill. And if this is a shootout, Hill could have his third 100-yard game of the year.

Dalton Kincaid Over 25.5 receiving yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Dolphins struggled against tight ends this season. In Week 1, they allowed five catches for 43 yards. In Week 2, they gave up 11 for 85. The Bills like to use their tight ends in the passing game, and the only thing that makes this tricky is there are two they use often.

Both Dalton Kincaid and Dawson Knox have 12 targets this season. Kincaid turned those targets into more catches, which led to more yards. That's the main reason why we’re going with him instead of Knox.

We wouldn’t be surprised if the Bills come out with a game plan similar to what the New England Patriots used. In that contest, both Patriots tight ends went for over 30 yards. If you have a better feeling about Knox, go ahead and take his Over. Both tight ends should have solid games.
