Matt Cassel gets the call as the Cowboys head out on the road to face the New York Giants, who are 3-3 after losing by 20 points in Philadelphia.
Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -5 -105 at Pinnacle
The Giants came out as 5-point favorites at home, but the NFL odds keep dipping, first to -4.5, then -4, then -3.5. You would think that the line would go up for the Giants with Cassel at quarterback for the Cowboys, but Dallas is a huge public team anyway, so there might be a lot of money coming in on them because they're the Dallas Cowboys.

Dallas is still without QB Tony Romo, of course, but he is apparently on schedule to return in Week 11, which is still not soon enough for the Cowboys. WR Dez Bryant, however, might be closer to returning from his broken foot, although the Cowboys are being extra cautious with him considering how much money they gave him in the offseason. DE Greg Hardy missed practice with an illness, but the Cowboys might be simply keeping him away from the media.
For the Giants, WR Odell Beckham Jr. (hamstring) didn't practice on Wednesday, but he didn't last week either, and he still played. WR Ruben Randle also has a weak hamstring, but he was limited in practice, so at least he was on the field. The Giants might have LB Devon Kennard back as he has been dealing with his own hamstring problem.
The Cowboys are 1-4 ATS in five games this season, but they're 5-1 ATS in their last five games on the road. The Giants are 3-3 ATS in six games this season, but they're only 1-2 ATS at home. The total, which is set at 45 for this game, could be a bet to make as the two have gone over in six of their last eight when playing at New York (well, New Jersey).
The Giants are 3-7 SU and 5-5 ATS in their last 10 against the Cowboys, who are 6-4 SU and 4-6 ATS in their last 10 road games against their NFC East rivals.
