The Bills were 6-point favorites at home when the NFL odds opened and they remain at that number. A 35-25 loss in Washington and Buffalo have dropped four in a row on the road to end their playoff hopes. The Cowboys should be happy that they were in the NFC East race as long as they were and they battled to the end, but a 19-16 loss to the New York Jets at home dashed their dreams. Both teams will be looking back on what might have been as the Bills' defense never really played up to its potential in their first season under head coach Rex Ryan. The Cowboys, of course, have been crushed by injuries, notably to QB Tony Romo and WR Dez Bryant. These franchises met in Super Bowl XXVIII in 1994, with the Cowboys cruising to a 30-13 win over the Bills.

The Cowboys finally put Romo on injured reserve because of his collarbone as they were holding out in case they could make the playoffs. TE Gavin Escobar is also out with an Achilles injury, while LB Rolando McClain (concussion) and LB Morris Claiborne (hamstring) didn't play this week and probably won't this week.

The Bills are also going to start sitting players as WR Robert Woods is out with a groin injury, while LB Randell Johnson joins him with a bad ankle. T Seantrel Henderson is out for the season with Chron's Disease. RB LeSean McCoy was a late addition to the injury report with a torn MCL, and the Bills should let him heal up for 2016. However, TE Charles Clay is probably going to play through a back injury.

Dallas is 4-9-1 ATS overall, going 3-4 ATS on the road, while the Bills are 6-7-1 ATS and 3-3 ATS at home. The total comes in at 42.5 and the Bills have gone over eight times, while the Cowboys have gone under nine times.

The Cowboys are 6-3 SU and 3-4-1 ATS in nine meetings with the Bills, who are 2-1 SU and 3-0 ATS in three home games against the Bills.
