***Bears vs. Buccaneers O/U NFL Picks***

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -2.5 -120 at Pinnacle
The Buccaneers opened as 2.5-point favorites at home and the NFL odds have bumped to -3, and they still have a little to play for after a 31-23 loss to St. Louis. Tampa Bay got down 31-13 and fought hard to come back, but they came up short and now the playoffs are only a glimmer for them. The Bears were thumped 38-17 in Minnesota and after a few weeks of playing well above their heads, Chicago looked overwhelmed and like they wanted to get to the offseason. The future looks good for both teams as Tampa Bay and Chicago are 11th and 12th in yards allowed, while both offense can put up points when they're healthy. The quarterbacks will be in the spotlight as Chicago's Jay Cutler has been very good this season in the face of injuries all around him, while Tampa Bay's Jameis Winston is in the running for Offensive Rookie Of The Year and has been impressive.

Injuries
Chicago LB Shea McClellin has a concussion and is in the league's protocol, so watch out for him this week. WR Alshon Jeffery has more hamstring problems and the Bears would do well to shut him down for the season. LB Pernell McPhee wants to have surgery on his knee after the season, but he might as well start it now since the Bears aren't going to the playoffs.

LB Bruce Carter wants to play through a bad ankle for the Bucs, while WR Vincent Jackson is probably gone for the season. He has had a bum knee all season, and due to their situation, it is probably best that Jackson gets healthy for 2016. On paper, the Buccaneers should have a very good offense next season.

Trends
Both teams are 7-7 ATS this season, with the Bears going 5-2 ATS away from home and the Buccaneers going 3-4 ATS at home. The total is set at 45.5, and both have gone over seven times this season.

The Bears are 7-3 SU and 6-4 ATS in their last 10 meetings with the Bucs, who are 6-4 SU and 5-5 ATS in 10 home games against Chicago.
