We are willing to put our money on and the result is a ticket we are confident will win. Here is a look at the best football pick for a two-team parlay for Week 16 of the CFL season.

Saskatchewan Roughriders vs. Hamilton Tiger-Cats
Jeff Mathews and the Tiger-Cats gave the Grey Cup favorites against all that they can handle in a tough 23-20 loss to the Calgary Stampeders last week and while they came up short at home there is plenty of reason for optimism heading in to Week 16. Mathews will have another full week of preparation under his belt and he should feel a lot more comfortable against a Saskatchewan defense that was just torched by the BC Lions last weekend. Hamilton has to find a way to put its top playmakers in position to make plays and that means getting the ball out to Luke Tasker, Terrell Sinkfield Jr. and Brandon Banks in space. That trio should be able to find room against a leaky Roughriders pass defense and it would certainly help if they can get the ground game going as well. Saskatchewan deserves credit for battling hard in every game this season but this team has really struggled to compete on the road where they have lost all six of their games as the visiting team. Saskatchewan will have to travel all the way from the west coast for its second road game in as many weeks and we like the Tiger-Cats as our football pick to hand them another lopsided loss in a game Hamilton simply has to win.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers vs. BC Lions
Any concerns about whether or not quarterback Jonathon Jennings could lead BC as a legitimate threat in the West division were put aside when he threw for 364 yards and four touchdowns in a 46-20 blowout win over the Roughriders last Saturday and while the competition gets stiffer this weekend we expect more of the same from him this weekend. Jennings has the size, intelligence, arm strength and legs to make plays with the football in his hands and he doesn’t have to do it alone for the Lions either. Andrew Harris ran for 100 yards on 13 carries against Saskatchewan and leads the CFL with 819 rushing yards heading in to Week 16 while Emmanuel Arceneaux and Lavelle Hawkins combined for 230 receiving yards and two touchdowns in their latest win. The Blue Bombers are coming off another tough home loss and are just 1-5 on the road this season so look for BC to continue to roll with Jennings and Harris once again in the spotlight as the Lions look to create some separation in the West division.
