With just two weeks left in the regular season, I have found a pair of games in Week 19 that come together perfectly to try and cash-in again.  Get our winning CFL pick here.

This week, I am going with games involving the same two teams starting with a solid play on the total line following by a play on a hot team that needs a win in its season finale to lock-up a division title. Both sports picks are based on CFL odds from BetOnline.

Ottawa RedBlacks vs. Hamilton Tiger-Cats
The RedBlacks come into this home-and-home series to close-out the regular season at 10-6 SU and tied with Hamilton for first place in the East Division. Following last week’s win against the Blue Bombers, Ottawa is now 6-2 SU in its last eight games with the total staying UNDER in its last two outings.

Hamilton’s East title hopes took a hit with last week’s stunning 40-13 loss to British Columbia in which it closed as a 2.5-point road favorite. The total went OVER the 50-point closing line after staying UNDER in six of its previous seven games. Jeff Mathews is now the starting quarterback for the Tiger-Cats in place of an injured Zach Collaros and this offense is definitely lacking the punch it used to have.

Game Betting Trends
The RedBlacks are just 4-18 ATS in their last 22 road games, but they come in with a 4-1 record ATS in their last five games on the road. The total has gone OVER in five of their last seven road games.

The Tiger-Cats have won 12 of their last 15 home games SU and they are 7-3 ATS in their last 10 home games. The total has stayed UNDER in their last five games at home.

Hamilton swept last year’s series 3-0 SU, but Ottawa had a 2-1 edge ATS. The total went OVER in two of the three games.

Game Prediction
Ottawa’s offense continues to do a good job at putting points on the board, but I think this first meeting in Hamilton is going to turn into a defensive struggle. I also look for the Tiger-Cats to find a way to win this game, but the top pick in the UNDER on the total line.

CFL Pick: Under 54 at 5Dimes

Montreal Alouettes at Edmonton Eskimos
Montreal kept its playoff hopes alive at 6-10 on the year with a huge 34-2 upset of Toronto last week as a 6.5-point road favorite, but it was still just its first win (SU and ATS) in its last five games. During the four-game losing streak, the Alouettes only managed to score an average of 16.5 points and on the year they are averaging just 21.4 points a game.

The Eskimos come into their regular season finale at 13-4 SU and by virtue of their 2-1 series lead over Calgary they find themselves in position to clinch the West with a win on Sunday. Edmonton’s defense has been the toughest unit in the CFL to score on with a points-allowed average of 18.8. Its current SU winning streak now stands at seven games following last week’s 35-24 road victory against Saskatchewan as an eight-point favorite.

Game Betting Trends
The Alouettes have lost seven of their last 10 road games SU and the total has stayed UNDER in 16 of their last 21 games played on the road.

The Eskimos are 10-3 ATS in their last 13 home games while winning 12 of the 13 games SU. The total has gone OVER in four of their last five games at home.

Montreal has a 4-1 edge both SU and ATS in its last five road games against Edmonton and the total has gone OVER in all five meetings.

Game Prediction
There is just too much on the line for Edmonton to take any chances in this game. Look for another solid four-quarter effort from the Eskimos that shuts Montreal down and covers the eight-point spread.

CFL Pick: Eskimos -8 at The Greek
