Opening Odds & Line Movement

The Cardinals opened as 3.5-point favorites and that is where the NFL odds have stayed since then. The Cardinals didn't have their A-game last Thursday, but they did enough to beat the Vikings 23-20 for their seventh win in a row. They also needed some poor playcalling by the Vikings, but you take them where you can at this point in the season. The Cardinals have already clinched a playoff spot, but a win would clinch the AFC West and with the unbeaten Panthers going on the road against the New York Giants, Arizona can't take their foot off the gas. The Eagles won 23-20 over the Bills at home as former Eagles RB returned to Philadelphia, and the Eagles forced two turnovers while giving up 412 yards. The Eagles aren't great, but they don't need to be in the NFC East, where they're tied with Washington and the Giants at 6-7. The Philadelphia offense has been inconsistent to say the least, and Arizona's defense is fourth in yards allowed and seventh in points allowed.
