With trading in full swing now on week 11 NFL, we look at some guiding NFL betting trends to support your NFL picks. Check out the SU, ATS and Total stats we've put together for you.

Thursday Night NFL Betting Trends
The OVER has gone 7-3 on Thursday Night this season but the last two games have gone UNDER expectations, including the lopsided 24-3 win by the Browns at Cincinnati. The coming Thursday features the Bills at Dolphins, two sides that have been a mixed bag of tricks this season. Predominantly, the UNDER has scored in both camps more than the OVER this season; Dolphins are 4-5 in over-under betting, coming off a 20-16 defeat in Detroit which marked their fourth straight UNDER. The Bills are 2-7-0 in over-under betting, coming off a 17-13 defeat to the Chiefs in Buffalo. Buffalo are 4-2 SU in their last six games on the road and Miami are 4-2 SU in their last six games overall. Buffalo are 2-4 SU and ATS when playing Miami on the road. Bills beat the Dolphins 29-10 earlier this season, marking their third straight win over the Dolphins. Last season, they swept the series winning 19-0 at home and 23-21 in Miami.

Sunday's Slate
Cincinnati Bengals take on the New Orleans Saints in week 11, both sides looking to bounce back after losses last week. Bengals were humiliated by the Browns at home while the Saints were thwarted by the Niners at the Superdome for the first time since 2012. Odds makers corner this game in the home team's camp though on account of their 11-1-0 record at home since 2013. Some guiding trends to spot -- Bengals are 1-4-1 ATS in their last four games and since their 3-0 SU start to the season they have gone just 2-3-1 SU. New Orleans, meanwhile, are 2-2-0 SU since a week 6 Bye. They are 4-5-0 ATS this season and 1-4-0 ATS against the Bengals in their last five meetings.

Niners are coming off a pivotal win over the Saints. Week 11 pits them against the New York Giants who are riding four straight defeats, all while being outscored 136-to-62. Overall, the Giants are 3-6-0 ATS this season while the Niners are 5-4-0, including last week's cover as the 5.5-point road pups. Niners are 13-5 SU in their last 18 games and the total has gone UNDER in seven of San Fran's last ten games when playing the Giants.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers take on the Washington Redskins in a game that features two sides struggling this season. Redskins are 2-6-0 SU in their last eight games at home while the Bucs are winless in their last five games. Redskins are 1-5-0 ATS in their last six and Bucs are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games. Past trends between this pair show the Bucs are 2-4-0 ATS when playing on the road against Washington.

Another matchup featuring two hapless outfits is the game between the Vikings and Bears. Bears have lost three straight, including a humiliating outing to Green Bay on Sunday. What's more they are 0-3 SU at home this season. Vikings are 2-3 SU on the road this season. They've also won their last two games, including a trip to Tampa Bay. Still this game is as good as a tossup on your NFL picks. The total has gone UNDER in four of Minnesota's last five games against the Bears and four of their last nine games this season.

Denver Broncos are riding high in the AFC West behind a 7-2 SU and ATS record this season. The OVER has cashed in their last six games, improving to 7-2-0 in over-under betting this season. The OVER has also cashed in five of Denver's last seven games when playing St. Louis.

One the more intriguing clashes on the week's NFL betting card is the game that features the Chiefs and Seahawks. Chiefs are currently the marginal favourites on the NFL odds board. Past NFL betting trends though show a significant edge that belies the meagre favouritism. Chiefs are 8-4 SU in their last 12 games at home and 19-6 SU against Seattle.

Detroit and Arizona present a tricky NFL betting task in the coming week now that Carson Palmer is out for the entire season with a torn ACL. Cardinals have the best record in the league, 8-1 SU which includes a five-game winning streak. The Lions, however, could prove a tough customer with four straight wins ahead of week 11 NFL betting. That said the Cardinals are 5-0 SU in their last five meetings with Detroit.

Sunday's slate closes on the clash between the Eagles and Packers while Monday's clash between the Colts and Patriots rounds out the week's slate, two highly anticipated games that many NFL bettors expect will be shootouts between some of the league's most explosive offenses. Packers are 4-2 SU against the Eagles in their last six games at home while the Patriots are 4-1 SU over the Colts in their last five meetings. Will the experienced Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady prove decisive in their respective games? Eagles are 7-3 SU in their last ten road games while the Colts are 7-1 SU in their last eight home games, two trends that can't be ignored.

So there you have it, some guiding trends to apply to your Week 11 NFL picks.
