Can the Denver Broncos force the Vikings into being a passing team on Sunday? Join us as we answer this and breakdown the betting odds in search of the most valuable NFL pick to play.

Opening Odds & Line Movement
-6.5 +100 at Pinnacle
Denver opened up as a favorite of 6.5 points at home and the NFL odds have moved to -7 as the Broncos are always going to get the benefit of the doubt at home. Manning is definitely playing to his strengths and the Broncos are playing more of a pistol-style offense as opposed to Manning being under center, which he has never been comfortable with, but now it gives him more time to make his reads and get the ball out. But the defense has been lights out and Peterson is going to find it to be tough to break through. That will be what decides this game.

For the Vikings, CB Xavier Rhodes has been cleared to play after a concussion, while WRs

Jarius Wright (hand) and Charles Johnson (ribs) are questionable.

The Broncos are going to be concerned over T Ty Sambrailo, who didn't practice on Wednesday because of a shoulder injury. There is nothing that is more important to the Broncos' success than Manning's health, and Sambrailo plays left tackle, protecting Manning's blind side. He is going to be one to watch leading up to kickoff, even though the Vikings have just 6.0 sacks in three games this season.

The Vikings have managed to covered in seven of their last nine games, while the Broncos have done so in four of their last five. The Vikings are a solid 4-2 ATS in their last six on the road, while the Broncos are 9-1 SU in their last 10 at home, but just 5-5 ATS.

These two have met 10 times since 1985, splitting those games SU, while the Vikings have covered six times. In five games in Denver, the Broncos are 3-2 SU and 2-2 ATS against the Vikings.
