We’ve got your Week 8 NFL picks covered with our top locks against the spread for you to spot. Find out where we feel the money is sure to cash this week in NFL betting.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Cincinnati Bengals
This matchup has experienced a complete about turn on the NFL odds board, forcing bookies to flip the script over the course of the week as the betting public weighed in. Ravens opened as the 1-point pups on the road, but are now the 2.5-point favourites across many sportsbook platforms. From the start, we were behind the Ravens in this game. Cincinnati Bengals are desperate for a win after back-to-back disappointments – a tie with the Panthers and a horrific defeat to the Colts. Playing a home team desperate to bounce back is never an easy prospect, some would argue desperation is a great motivator and home teams in such a predicament are value NFL picks; if that is the case, the Ravens could be faced more than they bargained for in this pivotal divisional clash. However, by that same token, divisional supremacy is on the line here. The team that wins this clash will receive a leg up in the standings and move into prime position to win this division. We feel this is the Ravens’ division to win. A big road win over a Bengals side that looked a right mess in Indianapolis last week by a hot Ravens side would go a long way towards that end. Back the Ravens on the road at your choice sportsbook.

NFL Picks: Ravens -2.5

Minnesota Vikings vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
On the opposite spectrum of the NFL, we have a clash between two of the league’s stragglers. Normally, such a clash wouldn’t make the grade for a lock NFL pick simply because of the inherent unpredictability of struggling teams. That being said the Bucs are after a bye and at home. They opened as the 3-point favourites or thereabouts depending on your choice sportsbook platform, but have since come down to 2.5-points. Clearly, the line is moving against them as the betting public has determined there is value in the road pups. For our money, we’re not buying what the Vikings are selling just yet. They seem to find a way to lose games – they’ve lost five of their last six, and it wouldn’t surprise us if rookie Teddy Bridgewater stumbles again in only his second road appearance.

Seattle Seahawks vs. Carolina Panthers
The NFL line on this game has been hopping all week, moving anywhere from 4-to-7-points depending on your preferred betting exchange. At the moment, it’s up to 5.0-points, up a half-point since we checked in on it for our early game-by-game ATS preview and picks. The love affair with the Seattle Seahawks and NFL bettors remains strong despite laying eggs in back-to-back games. Here’s the thing though – if only to put a bit of perspective on this matchup – about the Seahawks this season: they’ve not been playing well, their only road win was in Washington (if that isn’t concerning then what is?) and their locker room drama makes Reality TV look like tame and sombre in comparison. The rumour mill is spinning with all sorts of sensational gossip: innuendos of in fighting and unrest amongst players and so on... The Carolina Panthers would appear to be ripe for the taking as the home dogs, given their recent spate of results that left much to be desired. But can a team that seems distracted by diva antics and in real danger of bursting at the seams focus enough to capitalise on the opportune circumstances presented by the Panthers’ struggles. Or will the Panthers get it together. After all, home dogs in a desperate way and with their backs up against the wall are sometimes the best NFL pick of all.  We’re fairly confident the Seahawks are being overrated at the expense of the Panthers; thus, we’re backing the Panthers on our lock NFL picks.
