Arizona has won 4 in a row after their showdown with Cincinnati, but they can't take their foot off the gas. San Francisco is 3-7, but the 49ers would love to knock their NFC West rivals down a peg.

Opening Odds & Line Movement
Open: -10.5 +102 at Pinnacle
To no surprise, the Cardinals opened up as big 10.5-point favorites on the road in San Francisco and while the NFL odds dipped to -10, it went back to -10.5. The Cardinals are rolling right now and they've scored 34 points more in their last three games; they lead the NFL in points per game at 33.6 points. That isn't a good sign for the 49ers, who are at the other end of the spectrum at a paltry 13.9 points. The scary thing is that their offense has looked better with Blaine Gabbert under center, which should pretty much spell the end of the Colin Kaepernick era in San Francisco. If the Cardinals have a concern, it is that their defense has allowed 63 points in their last two games, but that was against Seattle and Cincinnati. The 49ers are neither of those. The Cardinals routed the 49ers 47-7 in Week 3 at home.

The Cardinals have a couple knocks, starting with CB Patrick Peterson, who has an ankle injury. DE Cory Redding also has a bad ankle that will keep him out of the game, while Peterson is questionable, as is DE Frostee Rucker with his ankle. WR Michael Floyd practiced his bad hamstring on Wednesday, while G Jonathan Cooper should be back with his bad knee.

It turns out that QB Kaepernick was hurt as he had surgery on a torn labrum, but again, he was probably gone for the season anyway. DE Glenn Dorsey is also out for the season after knee surgery. LB Ahmad Brooks has a concussion and has to pass the protocol before he plays for the 49ers on Sunday.

The Cardinals are 6-4 ATS this season, but they've covered in four of their five games on the road. The 49ers are 4-6 ATS, and 3-2 ATS at home. The total is set at 44.5 and the Cardinals have gone over eight times, which leads the league. The 49ers have gone under the total five times.

Arizona is 3-7 SU and 5-5 ATS in their last 10 meetings with the 49ers, and they're 3-7 SU and 5-4-1 ATS in San Francisco.
